Stay Alfred at Broadstone Scottsdale Quarter

Room could have been a little more comfortable from a soft couch and a couple of pillows standpoint but overall happy with the apartment and setup and would use StayAlfred again.

Modern large apartment in a great location for a cheaper price than a low to mid level hotel in the same area. I'd recommend to anyone. The check in was even easier than expected (i.e. Getting key and garage access). Clean, lots of space.

everything was really great! terrific location. large apartment. really comfy bed. only issue was the parking. there was no indication as to which spot was dedicated to my unit. also no kleenex. not sure if that's supposed to be there or not.

The location is amazing! The building is located in the Scottsdale Quarters which has restaurants and shopping all within a minute or two walking distance. The instructions on entering the building and unit are completely digital and so although I figured it out I'm not sure it would be quite that easy for perhaps older people who are not familiar with technology - just a guess. However, there is a 1-800 number 24/7 and so assistance is available. We stayed in a one-bedroom condo which was fine for two people. The only negative I would say is that the kitchen is not fully equipped as far as dishes go. We had to buy our own kitchen cloths for dishes as they forgot them. We would stay again.

I was a little nervous to visit this property after seeing all the bad reviews it got, but I had a great stay in #1017. Yes, the unit faces construction that starts between 6:00 - 7:00 a.m. each morning, but I didn't find it to be loud enough to wake me up... and I consider myself a light sleeper. Although the floors were dirty (it's clear they aren't mopped between stays) the apartment itself was perfect for my two-night stay. Check-in/out was much easier than other users described: entry instructions were emailed a few days in advance and picking up/dropping off the key/fob was a breeze. I didn't have any issues with hot water or broken appliances like other users mention, and the apartment is walking distance from lots of dining options and shopping. I would've liked to see a couple bottles of water in the fridge since there wasn't a convenience store nearby and the filtered water from the fridge tasted weird. Other than that, it was a great choice for my last-minute trip and I'd consider booking with Stay Alfred again if they can improve amenities and cleanliness.

The check in process is a pain. The apartment was remarkably good. Very spacious. More than I needed. The added in cleaning fee was a surprise Excellent location

Our stay at the Stay Alfred at Broadstone was wonderful. Close to restaurants and great shopping. Can't wait to go back again.
