Panorama Pyramids Inn

The staff are very hospitable. The tour prices are reasonable. May seem a bit expensive as they tell you the price in USD per person but it’s honestly a fair price. I even took the hotel airport transfers even tho I know I’m paying twice the amount cause I just don’t want to deal with the locals AT ALL.

Excellent view of pyramids from the rooftop

Amazing location. Rooftop breakfast place and bar overlooking the pyramids is a great hangout. Staff are nice. Accommodating too

This hotel is located in front of the Pyramids of Giza (east side). You can enjoy the view of the pyramids on the rooftop so you don't really need to stay on the view side (because that side gets pretty noisy). You also get a free light show as well! Very affordable with complimentary breakfast and one dinner. Compliment ride from the airport for more than one night stay. The service and the hospitality was superb! Everyone was friendly and not pushy at all. Thank you for treating us so well!

Great service and Amazing View

The service was great from people like Abdul at the hotel. The pyramid night show can be seen from the hotel roof and it was impressive with an amazing view of the pyramids. We booked various tours with the hotel and agreed to the value on our first day in Egypt. We could have done better with the negotiation tour price, but we got pretty much everything we wanted to do in Cairo and the surrounded area. Be sure to be very clear with exactly what you want from the tour and do settle for less if this is what is agreed with (make sure to go inside the large pyramid instead of the second pyramid if make the trip all the way Egypt). I am very nice and like to give people second chances, but we should have changed guides after getting considerably better ones in both Aswan and Luxor. After tours everyday, we went for dinner and were told that the food was covered, but we had to pay for drinks. The only problem was that the bill was 200+ EPD for 2 pops and 2 waters (which sure seems high since the total price for these same items is 30 EPD at a convenience store). It was not a huge amount of money so never got too concerned, but this is something to be aware of. We felt completely safe and were treated great from the moment we were picked up at the airport until the moment we dropped off at the airport. The drivers that were provided by the hotel were exceptional and worth every penny they get paid. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect place to stay - book it!

Excellent place to stay. The view of the Pyramids was perfect. The service was outstanding. One of the best places we've stayed in this world and we travel full-time. Very nice easy going staff.

Great location and service

The location is as good as it gets, right in front of the sound and light show. You can watch it right from your window or from upstairs. The breakfast was really good and they provide soft-drinks and juice/tea/coffee all day in the cafe upstairs. They held our bags safely near the reception area because we checked out in the morning and were out touring until we got back in the evening to get our bags. Overall very satisfied with the stay.

It was great we were picked up by the hotel from the airport. We were not given a room with a view. And were constantly being “sold” to for their tours. We were given a gross smoking room at the hotel next door. I will never stay here again or recommend this place.

Fantastic Service. Great Location. Comfortable!

Absolutely fantastic service. Not to mention the up-close beautiful view of the pyramids and sphinx from our balcony. Farad (the manager) is a great gentleman, he looked after us very well and was very hospitable throughout the entire stay. His colleagues were also very helpful and blessed with key local knowledge and contacts. They helped us with many things from allocating a horse and carriage to stroll through the dessert, to obtaining a local sim card to keep us connected. Osama (the chef) made us an incredible breakfast every morning which was a refreshing start for the day. And we were also offered complimentary fresh strawberry juice throughout the day for our 2 children. Overall our stay at the panorama pyramids was truly amazing, and we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much!

Homely comfort in Giza!

The staff was great and the vibe was very homely. They make you feel at home and comfortable. No elevators which was not an issue for us however the location to the sites out weighed that. They have ok deals on excursions that include a guide , driver and a meal during your day. I recommend this Inn however it is not a 5star hotel it is aN Inn yet it is worth it! It was a comfortable stay for us none the less. So if you are looking for updated rooms , elevators and things like that you maybe want to try a hotel instead. The roof top terrace seeing the pyramids in the morning or during the light shows at night are priceless! I will be back again!
