Very unique

Friendly service, comfortable room. $45 for per day to park my car is more than city of chicago and new york parking garages in a city where parking is not a premium. I was also made aware when at 7am when I checked out there was no valet service available so I had to go pull my car out of the garage my self where they were clearly far from capacity.

For such a high-end hotel, this stay was disappointing. When we arrived in our room, we called down to order a bottle of champagne, but guest services did not have any available. We requested a couple of wine glasses, instead, for a bottle we had brought ourselves. After 30 min we had not received the glasses and had to call down a second time to receive them. In the morning, we awoke to only cold water coming out of the faucets. After calling guest services to inquire about the issue, we were told to wait 30 minutes for the hot water to be restored. After a half hour, still no hot water was available. We called guest services to inquire again and were placed on hold and never spoke to a representative. At this point, we had no time to shower before our check out time. When checking out, the employee did not ask about the quality of our stay and was barely interested in us as guests. I would not recommend staying here. Instead, choose somewhere that values its guests and takes an interest in the quality of their experience.

Absolutely loved our stay at Bobby hotel. Super cool decorations, amazing and spacious rooms, super comfortable bed and great location, walking distance to the Broadway dr... came back one week after as I was sure what to expect there. Will be my place every time I am in town.

We stayed during COVID so there were some restrictions but all in all it was a great place. Location was perfect and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be.

I wanted to like the Bobby so much but it just fell short every time. The amenities that were the reason we booked this hotel were constantly closed (rooftop bar, dining and bar within the hotel) and every time we ask about something no one seemed to know what was going on. After speaking with some locals while we were there this is a well known problem. Some describe it as they never have the staff to keep the operation moving smoothly so they just quit going. With so many other options available in this price I would suggest you book somewhere else and you can wonder down there if you really want to check out all of the closed facilities. The staff was short, unfriendly and borderline rude at all times. A stark contrast to the service we received everywhere else in Nashville.

What a great and amazing find in this hotel. The decor is unlike other hotels for sure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located within walking distance of places to eat and shop. Definitely felt safe with the security of the elevator (must have a key) and location. Our modern room was very clean and comfortable. Pet friendly is always a plus for us. The balcony was very nice even without a spectacular view, we enjoyed the fresh air and an evening glass of wine. I really cannot say enough about this hotel and would without a doubt stay again. Needless to say, I would recommend this hotel and hopefully, we will back soon.

We arrived at 1:30AM with no valet service and no one available to empty our car and bring in bags. I expected better from a hotel of this nature. Plus, the room is really deficient of available outlets for phone and other device chargers.

Our second time at Bobby and I don’t think we will ever be able to stay anywhere else again in Nashville!! Love everything about it And the location is excellent!
