The building itself is really nice, the pool area and the rooftop were really cool too. Super close to plaza de armas and corredor constitución, great location. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable, although the bed cover was dirty with something sticky. There was also a stain of a coffee spill in the bathroom. There is no fridge or microwave, even though here is enough space for both. Definitely not good for families. The staff is very laid back and not trained in hospitality. The ambiance the hotel is trying to create didn’t mix well with the reggaetón music playing upon our arrival. No one seemed to know the restaurant hours and the menu was very limited. The food was not good at all and they kept saying they were out of ingredients because they took them “to the other restaurant”. We had the free breakfast which was also very limited and not good at all. Somehow our food was cold for both dinner and breakfast even though we were the only guests at the restautant

Nice location, clean, beautiful and peaceful hotel
Location is at downtown. Breakfast was good. Beautiful stone building. Quiet, spacious and elegantly decorated rooms. Staff is great.

Great location, close to the Plaza de Armas and all the Centro Histórico sites, but with a bit of a buffer from the most crowded streets. Impressive building, views, outdoor species and very restful rooms. My only complaint is that the hotel did not have my Expedia reservation, though I had received a confirmation email from Expedia. But the gentleman at the welcome desk was very helpful in accommodating us.

Very charming hotel. Great location, comfortable beds. We reserved Jacuzzi on the roof top for a few hours and enjoyed that experience very much. Will definitely stay there again.

EXCELENTE HOTEL
Excellent hotel. Conveniently located a couple of blocks from the cathedral. Nicely remodeled, clean and super comfortable! Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. It has gym. Breakfast was delicious and the service was just wonderful!
