ll excellent, but mattress was not the best.
We loved this hotel. Food was outstanding, service is excellent, and room was super comfortable. Linens are excellent. Only drawback was the mattress wasn’t so comfortable. We were sort of surprised at this since every other detail was perfect.

I paid a rediculous amount of money for this supposed 4 star hotel , got way overcharged for drinks , service was slow and the staff didn’t seem very educated on customer service, they wear masks yet will run their hands through their hair And touch their face then go pick up peoples silverware rolls and menus to put down when seating without washing their hands. I was charged multiple times for things I didn’t purchase , they allow room charging without fully checking who’s room it is apparently and so now I’ve had to call them twice to attempt to get my funds back And they still haven’t reappeared .. I’ll never stay again , not a great experience for a luxury hotel

Best hotel in Muscatine and the best bartender Kendis!! Makes excellent Bloody Marys!!! All around impeccable customer service and accommodations!!! A must stay!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very pleasant and attentive and the atmosphere was awesome. Plenty of places within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Staff was super with their implementation of Covid hotel changes. Provided me with extra coffee, water, grabbed my food trash when asked. It’s amazing how not having the daily maid service changes things like that but the room was spic and span when we arrived. Beautiful bathroom. Great location on the water, could walk to get take out. Would highly recommend.

The view is amazing! The staff is wonderful, the room is comfortable, the food is delicious!! We will return (without the kids because this is our new staycation destination).

Hands down - nicest hotel in Muscatine!
Honestly, I wish I could move in here! It was THAT good! Clean, bright and fresh, such a perfect location! You have lots of food and drink options within walking distance. The patio is lovely at night with waterfalls and the beautiful view of the river. The rate was very reasonable for such a luxurious property! Staff went out of their to make us feel safe during this pandemic, it was very much appreciated!

Our stay
We were super excited for our over night stay. Upon check in, we were given our keys and told to have a great evening. Got to the room, it was very clean but very small. I opted for the city view..... wouldnt recommend that. There wasnt anything to look at but run down old buildings. The bed was very comfortable. As the evening went on, the salt water HEATED pool sounded like a great idea..... the room was warm the pool was FREEZING cold. To the point of not a chance in heck we could even consider getting in. Another thing, there was not a bit of information about local resturants or how to get ahold of the front desk. I chose the option to have breakfast for two the next morning when i booked my trip. Yet, nothing was said when we checked in about needing a voucher. So when we headed down there there was a lot of confusion as to whether it was included. I then had to pull out my booking reciept to prove i paid for it. Somewhat embarrassing and irritating.
