Room we booked was horrible, sheers as curtains, staying out all nite coming in late we want to sleep in , but those sheer curtains let all the sun in mattresses were uncomfortable hard , pillows were so old and used up bathroom was leaking water from ceiling ,

Location is perfect! The view is spectacular! A little outdate but great deal. Would recommend.

It was great

It was clean, but that was the highlight. There was a sheen curtain over the big window, so we saw the strip lights flashing all night and the sun lit up the room first thing in the morning. The sleeper sofa didn’t have any sheets so my son had to sleep on the mattress with one of our blankets. We called management several times and never got any sheets the two nights we were there.

The place was great. I will admit it was smaller than some other time share resorts i have stayed at but overall not bad. The room was clean and comfortable plus centrally located to heart of Vegas. I would stay again and recommend to others.

Room does not resemble photos. Carpet is filthy. The bed was uncomfortable. The view was of a white wall. When I checked in there was used towels hanging in the back of the bathroom door. The worst part was service. When the toilet paper ran out there wasn’t an extra roll to be found. Called the front desk, they said they don’t replenish private units. I had to call Expedia back and they told me to check on premise. Terrible experience.

Upon arriving, front desk does not have our reservation, even though I showed them my email of confirmations both from Hotels.com and Kate representing Jockey Club. After about half an hour, they checked us into a room since it's late and will deal with it in the morning. Early call from front deck saying we are suppose to be in private condo rented out by owner, first I heard of this and they said we have to move to a different tower. I was told check in for these type ate with the security department. When I spoke to the chief of the security department, I asked if this happens often and he said yes, when it's rented out by owners. I then asked if it's happens often, shouldn't the front desk knows this and should have inquire with security department. He said yes, and they do. Well, there was 3 of them there, and none of them knew. As it turns out, units rented out by owner are not service by cleaning staff, and we had to run around for someone to get us toilet paper as there was half a roll when we arrive, and the window faces a side of a building, and I can probably touch it if I can open the window wide enough. Had I know that this was not rented from the hotel, no maid/cleaning service and the lack of natural light, I would not have chosen this location. I had booked with Hotel.com in the past, this is the first time that I feel cheated out of my money.
