Overall, I had a good stay. My main complaint is with the condition of the property. My room had a wonderful view of the Hollywood sign. The problem was that the windows were dirty and had bird droppings. If only the windows had been cleaned, it would have made the view breathtaking. The hallway and the elevator smelled of marijuana.

What do i like about this place ! ? Location! Is unique but i pay for city view There was no city view ... also when it was time to check out The ppl who do the cleaning was rude telling me i was going to end up pay $100 dollars more just because i pass 10 minutes after check out I was literally ready but was waiting on my friend to do the last check for our stuff... 7 solid stars out of 10

When I got there it was pretty disappointing. First off the lady that I called kept saying that my card declined when I knew it wasn’t so I felt like I was being scammed and when I finally got into the place it wasn’t clean. The towels were dirty and so were half of the kitchen appliances/utensils. One of the outlets didn’t work and the blinds fell when I opened them and when I opened the fridge, a piece of it fell out like come on and the blanket on the bed had like a huge stain on it that looked so gross it was so horrible worst experience of my life

This is an “apartel” there’s no daily housekeeping or staff on site to readily help with anything. They do not answer the phone no matter how many times you call or let it ring. The only way I could contact them was through a slow chat on the website. They double charged my card for parking and I still have not gotten a refund. The heat in one of my rooms didn’t work the entire stay and they never sent anyone to fix it even though they said they would. They offered $50 after my four night stay was over as compensation. The room was dusty. Walls were dirty. Housekeeping needs to be improved tremendously. I booked two penthouse rooms and only one was on the top floor. Parking is in a attached parking garage that is small as I don’t know what. If you have any car other than a compact I would not suggest parking here. It’s also $30 per night.

No HOT WATER!!!! Hot water was off for the first two days of my stay. Property is run by someone in another country, had me on hold for hours. Refunded me $50 but was the worst experience dealing with a hotel. Definitely looks better in pictures, lots of drug addicts roaming.

The workers that clean the place do an incredible job under hard circumstances. They helped me a lot when I left stuff behind in the unit after I checked out. However, the main office was difficult. Hot water was shut off for two days for repairs with little advance notice and no communication when they passed their estimated time for when it would be back. It was a minor irritation, but it left a big impression on me as a guest

First night in the hotel wasn’t as amazing as I hoped it to be, although the panoramic set up and view was amazing in the morning and night. I was very displeased with the sight of bugs in the kitchen area every now and then. Other than that the stay was nice customer service was very helpful when I could get them on the phone. I didn’t like the fact that I wasn’t emailed or told a head of time about having to pay per night for parking in the garage which is an additional fee to your stay. It was quite in the hotel other than the occasional outside noise.
