Excellent small hotel in the city Centre. Easy check in and check out service, good breakfast and clean comfortable rooms.

Lovely stay in Aarhus. Close to everything and very helpful staff. Great value for money! Only parking was expensive.

So handy to everything, clean, comfortable

Excellent location, couldn’t be better. We emailed to ask about twin rooms as the website said there were none in the hotel and we never got a response but when we arrived we were told we could upgrade to a bigger room which was a twin room at a cost. Large room but very minimal, which I would normally like but no coffee and tea facilities in the room and nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, ie no shelves or anything. The room was reasonably clean but we had to clean the bedside table as it obviously hadn’t been cleaned and was sticky. The bathroom was a wet room but the floor wasn’t cleaned for the first couple of data of our stay. It was also quite dark despite the big windows as the bedheads and external pillars covered them. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The communal areas were a pleasant place to sit. Reception staff were generally very pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast a couple of times in the hotel and it was pretty good but not a great variety but what they had was nice. Disappointed not to have Danish pastries. Fantastic location is this hotels main selling point.

The room was terribly dirty with dust everywhere, and the toilet was unclean as well. Even though the bed was a double-bed, the blanket was the size of a single bed, which is absolutely ridiculous, not to mention that the bed was not done. Also, the shampoo and shower gel, which are provided as 2-in-1, were super crappy and impossible to lather. Another point that bothered me is the absence of a breakfast-included plan. To top it all, I had my snacks stolen after leaving them on the desk. I was flabbergasted by such a lack of etiquette. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I absolutely don't recommend it.

Really comfortable room for single traveller. Great access to travel just across from train station - but also mostly quiet for sleeping (just depends who’s staying in rooms nearby, outside noise was quiet). Easy walking distance to sights of Aarhus. Excellent shower with adjustable shower head

Very central location. Great front desk service, even though they were quite busy when I arrived. Mavretta at the front desk was very helpful, even though I booked at the very last minute, and then walked in the front door. One note - if you are using the parking garage, make sure you understand the in/out payments prior.
