Caravan Outpost

We went to Ojai on a popular weekend on a girls trip. Originally I had a hotel I mind but we ended up not being able to find a room for consecutive nights with two beds until I came across Caravan Outpost. The Airstream was really cute and spacious for us two girls. Even though it had a shower I used the communal bathroom that was large and had a rainfall shower one night: I enjoyed the communal fire pit where you could sit and relax as well as meet your neighbors. There was plenty of seating areas that were set up in other locations. There was coffee and tea available as well as necessities one might need, and some fun items available like clothing and hats. We walked to downtown every night and felt safe. Everything is walkable and easy to access. Although I went with a friend the CO is very kid friendly and will consider returning with my son who will get a kick out of sleeping in an Airstream.

We had a great stay. Tiny home was super comfortable for our group and the airstream was fun and comfortable for us as a couple as well. Staff is awesome- really let us enjoy our stay and did so many little things to help and really make the stay itself a highlight of our trip. I would only recommend that if you bring little ones bring a “marker“ or sign of sorts so that they can identity your trailer for your stay (as they all look alike). thank you guys again!!

Creative and well done. A little lacking in human touch inside the airstreams. They are in great condition, but lack the warmth of welcome by a human (god is in the details) and... a flower, a note with guest name on it, water, a candy/small bag of nuts on the counter, that kind of thing.

Loved this place! Can not wait to go back.

What a fun stay at Caravan Outpost.... everything is better than advertised actually. In addition, super close walk to downtown Ojai shopping, restaurants and the Ojai bike trail literally runs next door for fun and beautiful access across town. I will return!

Best decision I’ve made all year. Thought that glamping would be out of my comfort zone but the staff, “Made it easy for me.” They reviewed all the necessary steps on operating the amenities of an airstream with such simplicity that even a novice felt empowered. The grounds are beautifully manicured and my airstream, Earl was immaculate. So comfortable, I overslept the next morning. Do yourself a favor, if you are looking for that one-of-a-kind experience that provides memories that last a lifetime... book into the Caravan Outpost.
