This is an old mansion on millionaires row. Our room was on the first floor and we heard everyone going up and down the steps. The bathroom was just w closest with pink walls and a green toilet and sink. The television was just a small twelve inch flat screen hidden in the armoire. The furniture was antique as well as the large piano in the room. The fridge worked great, but I needed to plug it in. The bed was so close to the wall that I had to shimmy along the side to get out. The Jacuzzi tub had very little power. It was also a bit warm in the room for my liking and there was no thermostat to control the room. The place needs some repairs on the front door and the screen needs replaced on the door. The young lady who is in charge was quite friendly and helpful.

We greatly enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. Our room was large, comfortable and very clean. Innkeepers are friendly and super helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. We have already booked a return visit The Peter Herdic House Restaurant right next door has amazing dinners . Highly recommend.

All accommodations and amenities were superb. Lena, the innkeeper was very gracious, and the breakfast she prepared was delicious. We also enjoyed a sumptuous meal at the adjacent restaurant.
