Theresian Hotel

Stayed 1 night. Room was clean and spacious. Close to tram and dining. Front desk staff was very professional and helpful.I would stay there again.

The Theresian Hotel was very nice and has large rooms that are well furnished. We really enjoyed our stay here. The air conditioning worked well and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was average and the wifi a bit unreliable. The location is also great. It is on a quiet street just a five-minute walk from the main square.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is gorgeous! Some of their rooms has no AC.

This is a new hotel on the ring road of Olomouc, across from the old town. The location is perfect for tourism. The building is 19th century in front of an empty lot that used to be the grand synagogue before the local Nazis burnt it before the Second World War.. The interior design is modern, sleek, elegant. My only criticism is that though the room was clean, the balcony for which we paid extra was fully covered with Pigeon droppings and so was useless.

Friendly staff willing to help. Great facilities and amazing buffet breakfast! Would've like to know that spa facilities were a separate fee though.

The hotel was nice and modern and close to the centre. The rooms are large and nicely decorated. On the face of it this should be a very nice hotel but there were a few things which made our stay not quite as pleasant as we had hoped. Firstly, the view from the room was depressing. It overlooked an unkempt garden with rusting furniture and buildings in similar condition. On our first day our room was not made up despite us being out of the room all day. The Spa facilities cost extra and need to be booked up well in advance of our arrival. This was not explained to us when we made our booking and the Spa was fully booked on the day we wanted to use it. The shower flooded the bathroom floor despite the door being closed correctly. The breakfast was not particularly appetizing, but I imagine it was a traditional Czech breakfast, just not to my taste. On the one occasion we asked the reception desk staff to help us (booking a train ticket) we were asked to come back later (no one else was waiting) despite her seeing that there were only 2 seats available and if we didn't book them there and then the seats could have gone. On our insistence they booked the tickets for us. Lastly, I awoke in the middle of the night to find a cockroach running around the wall next to the bed.
