Hotel Loehr

Check in was smooth, gentleman at reception was nice. The apartment was clean. BUT, it was Impossible totaled shower unless you are a small child. Breakfast was ok, staff at breakfast was unfriendly. Location is very good.

Despite multiple “free breakfast” advertisements here on Expedia. We were charged an additional €10.00 per day per person at the hotel for breakfast. When we stated that we would not be eating breakfast, the staff said the fee is non-negotiable. Good location to explore the Christmas Markets though.

This is a fine place to stay if you're looking for a no-frills multi-room accommodation. The bathroom was small, with spare sinks in two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms doubled as a kitchen, so no practical common area. The breakfast was fine, but the staff seemed a little put-off we arrived. Early check-in (even 15 mins) was not possible/allowed. The staff required three post-stay calls to look for an item left behind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as it was in a convenient location , had a top quality breakfast and the front desk staff were very helpful. We stayed in the same building as the reception and found it to be great value for the money and the room was above average, clean and in great condition. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the Marketplatz and the Thermal Mineral spas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location in a beautiful town. Excellent bus connections to train station. Famous spa nearby.

the place is in a perfect location, the stuff is very nice and a very good breakfast. we stayed at the family appartment that is in the third floor - NO elevator :( the room is clean but not on the highest standart, and the the shower room is small. and... no free parking :(

I arrived with my ebike and they had no place to store it... The lady at the reception gave me a room on another building and told me to leave my bike in the hallway that it was fine. I did and locked it but two hours late the bike was gone! When I went to the reception they raised their shoulders as to say “ too bad, can’t do nothing about it”... great place! Great aptitude ! !!!

Terrific location could not be better. Good value. We booked late and had the top apartment in the annex: spacious with two bathrooms and a small kitchen but with a bedroom up very small and steep stairs and with very limited headroom- in the loft in fact. This would not suit a lot of people but for two nights it was okay but got very hot.

Wonderful place to stay. Staff was great when we checked in, they weren't as friendly the next morning at breakfast. The room was great and slept 3 of us perfectly.

My apartment hotel was located at third floor accessed by staircase only. Spacious 3 rooms and good beds. Reasonable rate. Wifi was poor, there are some access points but I was told only one with little connectivity. The other visitor left another access point passcode, with which my family get access to the internet.
