Hotel Del Sol, Boutique Phoenix Airport

We unfortunately got a room right next to a busy road, but thankfully we were so tired from our snow-delayed flight down from Seattle that we didn't even notice the noise. Breakfast was a bit skimpy as it consisted of just a packaged muffin and some coffee/tea, but I think that's pretty common these days with covid. Otherwise the bed was super comfy, the room was immaculate, and the proximity to the airport was a great plus!

Location was convenient but a shady part of town and too much traffic noise. Room was shabby and we couldn’t get the TV to work. Breakfast was a muffin. The staff were pleasant though and price reasonable.

I’ve stayed here many times with no issues but this time I noticed that the room was not cleaned and that the bathroom light kept flickering and then would go out for long periods of time without ever coming back on eventually you can get the light to come back on but it would start to flicker again found candy bar wrappers and wrappers behind the bathroom door and in the room would’ve had no issues if the light worked in the room had been thoroughly cleaned and had a quality check otherwise my stay was awesome quiet peaceful would definitely stay here again just make sure the room is clean and all the appliances and lights work. Staff is really friendly

The start was not good. 1st room we got the tv was ripped off the wall. The second one we got the tv didn’t work the front desk lady was very difficult about giving us another room after and hour after getting our second room we just wanted to switch to one with a working tv. It took another hour to have her switch us. My boyfriend had tried the first hour to fix it. She wanted to try before she would switch us. Then FYI THEY DO NOT TAKE CASH AT ALL!!!! So to upgrade to another room after being told there was no other standard queen size rooms available only king size it was $10 more and wouldn’t take cash. Then finally after talking to hotels.com and they couldn’t upgrade it she finally gave us another queen size room after checking one before that that the tv didn’t work in either. But honestly after that it was really nice better set up room comfy huge bathroom. No dresser, no hooks or any where to put anything in the bathroom but I think it’s in the middle of remodel. But huge bathroom awesome shower. Clean fir the most part. There was some hand prints on the wall and I think booty marks from another couple but walking around barefoot my bottom feet were clean so very comforting there. The other staff was very nice and the longer we stayed the more we like it

Room was dirty, parking was very sketchy. I waited 30 minuted to check in due to front desk agent taking a smoke break. I couldnt find the entrance to the lobby. Do not stay here! The room was very. Lots of patch work paint on the walls. Makes you fel like some one was shotbthere ams theybtried to cover up the bullet holes

The Hotel del Sol finds itself perfectly located in the Arcadia area minuets North of Sky Harbor Airport. The staff is top notch and make your stay easy so I can say comfortably it's worth a visit. Very comfortable , quiet, and beautiful accomodations make it hard to not relax once settled in and the bed was amazing. I can't recommend it highly enough.

When I arrived, no one was there to check me in. I waited in the lobby for over an hour. I tried calling them and knocking on office doors. There were no employees to be found anywhere.

Nice for the price. Loved the shower. Only thing missing was a microwave.

Must try this hotel! Everything was amazing from the great staff care to the detailed cleanliness in the guest rooms. Could not ask for a better stay. We woke up extremely well rested and the hotel felt very hight end with its shabby sheek decor. Looking forward to my next stay at Hotel Del Sol!

First thing I go in I get told that there is a $100 hold unable to pay cash incovenient. Second front desk reception is rude about policy and does not care has black glasses on and keeps stating its company policy. Advice ok that I need a moment to get my card he states fine "I will be outside smoking tell me when you are ready" outside while having a side conversation with another customer he states they have 5 rooms available that it was a slow night etc etc. He hands me my room key I go to my room to find out I get nothing to what I had payed for I call reception to tell him about room and he states well if you dont like it you can get out. I stated i needed to get reimbursed for not staying due to the lack of room that I payed for he stated well take it with my manager go ahead and email him. Not my problem attitude.
