overall a great experience. only issue was heater was not working

Was clean, easy to check in & out. Major cold outside & yet we still had to run a/c to cool room down to 70 degrees to sleep well. No normal cooked to order breakfast, b/c of covid but that s/b something they work to improve. Wanted a good hot breakfast and didn't happen.

The biggest issue with our stay was the room layout. I had looked at each of the pictures provided on the hotels.com app of each room option. In our room we had a King bed and a sofa bed. We were registered for 2 adults and one school-age child, the hotel was aware we would be using the sofa bed. Our issue is that once you pulled out the sofa bed you could not get around it. Meaning that once our child went to sleep, we could not move around the room. We either had to go over the bed or just stay in our bed. The desk, the fridge, and THE BATHROOM were all on the other side of the bed. We were trapped in our bed. This is not at all how the pictures showed the room would appear. I assumed they gave us this room because it was adjoining another room, which we had requested. I had even called the hotel and requested an adjoining room or to at least be on the same floor as our family. They did not honor that request, which would have made the inconvenience of the room layout at least worth it. Although the room was clean, it was an uncomfortable stay due to room layout. The grab and go breakfast was the nicest one I have I experienced in the past year during covid.

The most horrible stat ever. Not only did the alarm go off at11pm from someone smoking cannabis; I found a used feminine product in my room with my children and I. Housekeeping is bare to minimum and will only come if requested via front desk. Carpeting has unknown spots from lack of carpet cleaning. I was moved to another room and it still was not cleaned properly. The bedding had brown spots all over including the pillow cases. I would not recommend to anyone. Poor management and cleaning practices.

Newer accommodations but lacking cleanliness in the details. Found a broken pretzel when I moved the coffee tables, coffee maker was dirty and housekeeping was not wearing masks.

My husband and I were going to stay in the embassy for a week. We only stayed one night because the room smelled bad. We sprayed Lysol and deodorant but the smell didn’t improved at all, also the room was not what I expected for what I was paying. Also my husband developed a rash on his face and on his leg looked like something bit him. We checked out and went to another hotel.

It was below thirty degrees and the alarm went off twice. Everyone had to stand outside in the dressing cold and snow to wait for confirmation to gain access back into the hotels. We were not offered anything to compensate for the inconvenience. The most horrible experience I have ever had.

They fire alarm went off 2 Saturday evening the second time the fire department was called had to leave the rooms at 12:00 in the morning and had to stand in the lobby till it was all clear ..

I was not pleased with my stay. Check in went very smooth and the rooms were decent but the hotel was booked with people. We could not use the pool due to it being at capacity when trying to use. I was very upset that at 1:00 a.m my family and I which included two toddlers found ourselves standing outside in the cold with very Lil clothes on and not coats due to the fire alarm going off. It startled us out our sleep and we woke up in panic mode and just had to run out the door because we didn’t know if there was a fire or not. Very scary moment. No staff from the hotel came outside to let the people staying at the hotel know what was going on or anything. There was firefighters and the ambulance of site but we weren’t informed on what happened. After 20 mins of being in the cold and when the alarm finally stopped everyone took it upon themselves to just go back in the building. Even when checking out the next day staff never apologized or informed us of what had happened. My family and I had a terrible time sleeping that night. My kids were scared and tossed and turned out night. After very little sleep we decided to get up the next morning and check out before check out time. Very poor experience at this hotel

It was a quiet stay... due to covid services were limited... missed the happy hour, bars &restaurants, but it was totally understandable. Nice clean room, bed was comfortable.
