Watch out for unexpected incidental deposit
I was pleased with the room, pool area, and breakfast. I was NOT pleased with the front desk staff,especially Angel. When I checked in Thursday, my total was almost $70 more than I expected. When I questioned, she told me it was a deposit of incidentals. I stated I was unaware this would occur. She proceeded to tell me it was in the fine print and I should have called the hotel directly before arriving. When I stated worry the credit card would clear (even though I knew it would). She said then maybe I should just cancel Friday night until I could figure out how to pay for the room. Since I was from Florida and would not be flying out until Saturday, canceling my reservation for Friday was not an option. I personally believe the incidental deposit should be clear stated in the reservation process.

My experience this time was horrible, julio de customer service rep, was rude as hell, he try every aspect not to give me my room that already pay for it, he wanted to hi e me a handicapped room when i pay fir two beds, i liked the hotel is clean and convenience location but they need someone friendly and want costumers to come back over and over not push them away.

Room was great for me but I brought my wheelchairbound 86 yr old dad to Dallas for surgery at nearby hospital I reserved an Accessible Room with a walk in shower and raised toilet per hotel information. Our handicapped room DID NOT have a roll\walk in shower. NO raised toilet,NO handrails by the toilet,

I took my mom to Dallas for a surgical procedure at Presbyterian hospital. I chose this hotel because it was close and was at my price point. It turned out to be a great choice. After the surgery my mom was unable to walk very far so I asked if there was a wheelchair available. Steven at the front desk promptly said yes and provided one. Kudos to hin for great service. From check in to check out everyone was great. Breakfast was delicious and the entire place was very clean. I highly recommend.
