Quality Inn

The room was clean but the coffee maker is broken and could not have morning coffee and had a singing shower.

The staff were courteous and helpful, especially under the conditions (COVID-19 pandemic). They had to close the complimentary hot breakfast area, which was totally understandable, but made no attempt to provide a breakfast alternative.

Nice hotel. Coffee is instant, not very good. And you can hear people and cars outside. This was a bit distracting. Otherwise all was good.

Convenient location about 10 mins drive from Peoria. Very easy check-in and standard breakfast. No easily accessible water fountains (outside the breakfast room, which we didn't use til the following day). Door opened to outside and hallway, which was unexpected. Blinds were blackout curtains - great for sleeping but on 1st floor couldn't get any natural light and privacy in the room at the same time.

This is a nice, clean, no-frills hotel with good proximity to restaurants and retail stores in Morton. As a solo female business traveler, I am not crazy about having to come and go through the entrance at the back of the hotel, especially at night (anywhere, not just this hotel) and I'd also suggest that the desk clerks have customers write down their phone number vs. saying it out loud (while there were other customers in the lobby) and just write down the room number (vs. saying it aloud). Those are just some good common practices to ensure the safety and privacy of all customers. The toilet could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn't a dealbreaker. The beds are clean and comfortable as was the rest of the room. A bit dimly lit though. For those attending or doing business at Precision Planting in Tremont, this is a very quick, close drive to that.

The property was not what was pictured online. The staff was very friendly, however.

This is not the nicest place in the world but the staff are very friendly and do a great job as hosts. Everything is always very clean and we will continue to come back to this hotel room when our teams have competitions in Peoria!

We were traveling east from the South Dakota area. This was a great place to crash overnight. A very clean two star motel at a reasonable price. Places to grab a meal were within walking distance. Area surrounding facility seemed safe.
