Hotel is fine but your mileage may vary
This is a standard embassy suites. Breakfast is ok, nothing special, serviceable. Main complaint is that they didn’t have any toothpaste. I’ve never heard of a hotel not having toothpaste. It’s minor but just bizarre. I guess we’ll pack toothpaste from now on.

Please read entirely. Ok I’m conflicted on my review. Here’s why.. Upon arriving, the front desk attendant did not greet us very kindly, no smile not even eye contact. However, after saying a few jokes he was able to warm up. That’s not my job to amuse them in order to receive a friendly response. We were advise to park in the handicap spaces out front because there had been some car break ins recently. Not very comforting. Though I was happy security was looking out for us. Breakfast? Gross! Though it is free. The line were long and I mean long! They only offer breakfast from 7am-8am in order to finish serving those in line by 10am. The food? Don’t bother. The juice machine offered a water down flavor of what was being offer. No fruit, yogurt, or snacks anything of that’s sort. The rooms? Spacious but dated. They need to lighten up the place and replace the carpets. Sorry, but I never visited the pool or gym because of covid. Now I will finish up with this. I left my iPhone and my jacket in the hotel (my fault) and it was found and returned. Family had retrieved it for me. (Not mailed) Though you would expect honestly, that is not necessarily the case! But all of my belongings were returned. So most of my issues had a solution though I wish things could of gone a little better from the start. Fix these issues and the ratings would increase. I mean you get what you pay for right? So... (shrugs)

Our stay in Jersey
Everything was perfect except for the gentleman making the breakfast. He was short tempered and walked away from people making requests and did not acknowledge any of us as we walk up.

The night stay!
Even though it was only one night, it was one of the best night stay. Walking distance from the mall and restaurants. Very quiet and relaxing.. so on that note I’ll be back.. two thumbs up for this hotel.

The person at the front desk was very rude to us when we arrived. It was 4 am and we had our 4 yr old wit us we just wanted to get to bed, she decided to charge us a $50 penalty fee because we arrived so late. She told me it would be refunded in a few days which it never was. Also took her sweet time checking us in. very nice hotel too bad costumer service isn't all that great.

wonderful hotel!
Wonderful hotel. We felt very safe in the neighborhood which was surrounded by other hotels, restaurants and a mall. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious (the only hot breakfast we have had since Covid). They also gave us free parking because of covid!

Enjoyed our stay
We had a nice stay overall. The receptionist both when we checked in and out were very professional and courteous. Everyone is doing their best to clean and follow mask guidelines. Thank you for a nice stay!

I liked the fact that they did not use covid as an excuse and give very poor breakfast. They set up very well and still managed to offer hot food eggs/pancakes etc. Great Job!

Embassy Suites never disappoints!
The front desk staff was AMAZING. Thw room was very clean and neat. Lovely size for the price. I was very pleased.
