+ decent location + comfy bed + nice ground floor shared area with water cooler, tea, coffee - shared toilets/showers in poor condition. - very thin walls (or closed connecting door between rooms) so you can hear every word your loud Neighbours say - power failure late evening leading to stuff turning on and off repeatedly one night

Good quiet location. Breakfast consists of white bread, biscuits, coffee, and a prepackaged cake. I would stay here again because of the location.

Overall it was a great stay here. We stayed for four nights after initially booking three, really easy to add another night and the owner let us stay in the same room which was really helpful. The room was small but clean. Shared bathrooms are fine, could do with a thorough clean but I imagine it’s hard in a place like this. Ac and a fan in the room, so good that it actually felt cold at night. Great location in terms of walking distance to places. Owner was really friendly and helpful: there was heavy rainfall and he was stood at the door making sure people were safe walking past in the floods. Also, he helped us book our boat tickets to Langkawi and got them to us saving us a trip to the ferry port. I would stay here again in Georgetown.

Nice heritage property with character in a fantastic location. Room was basic, but cosy. Shared bathrooms unfortunately attracted mosquitos.

Amazing owner with excellent services. Cleaniless okay. Just quite alot of mosquitos flying around public area. Rooms are quite clean and comfort. slow wifi and small toilet.
