The stay was very enjoyable with a comfortable room and beds. Very friendly staff and helpful.

Great service, excellent suites. They followed COVID protocol perfectly, which put my mind at ease. They were lovely every time I spoke to any of the staff.

As expected, room was clean and well-kept. Extra precautionary and safety measures were in place. Checked in really late but everything went smooth and fast. Breakfast to go bags had very good items inside especially the breakfast sandwiches. Only concern was: there were adult guests walking around without mask on. Note about wearing of mask posted visibly at the main entrance glass doors though. Fabulous stay as always. Thank you especially to the housekeeping staff for the cleanliness.

Staff are very friendly. Coffee machine still have old coffee left behine from previous occupancy. There are garbage by the bed when we check in.

Awesome rooms! Clean, large, well equipped for a family stay. Both rooms have their own bathrooms which is nice. Breakfast buffet was closed due to COVID but still got bag breakfast. Near the airport but currently has a lot of construction happening on the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place, but different with Covid. No housekeeping, no hot tub, have to book 30 min time for pool. Small bag breakfast instead of the usual buffet. Have to get our own fresh towels and toiletries daily. But still a great room and friendly staff.

All aspects of my stay from booking, to changing my booking, to checking in, and check out, it was all so smooth and easy and hassle free. The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The room was beautiful and super clean and well maintained! Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was fine. Night manager/shuttle driver was superb. The breakfast handout was brutal - but I will give you a break on that considering the situation. What was really bad was the communication regarding the dog. First confirmation noted a small dog - 16 pounds. Price was approximately $122. Then came a notice that there would be a non-refundable pet fee of $75 along with giving us until midnight to cancel or pay a full day. You knew we had a dog so why not just say we are going to end up paying $200 plus instead of hiding it under special requests and "fine print". Finally, to get a third confirmation at $122 was just too much. Your hotel is great, your booking methodology isn't.

Our stay was good as expected. We love staying at Homewood suites. It’s spotless, service is great, as well as breakfast. But with this virus going around and as a health care worker, I did not see a thorough action being made. Example being said are the tables and chairs in the dining area where most guests go to. Instead of using a wet rag from one table to another, use a disinfecting disposable cloth per table to prevent the spread of virus. We used our own by the way. I’m a germaphobe, aren’t we all during this time? Lol. But will definitely come back here.
