Far better than similar less expensive hotels. The excellent buffet breakfast was over-the-top!

Good stay in south Manhattan
Good place, near to World rade center, Wall st and other sights in south Manhattan. Room was clean, breakfast was ok (but in Europe is better), staff is friendly.

Call in advance to ensure you'll get what U booked, or else they might give away your room! They know to request for a good rating however super slow in response to address issues even though the General Manager Alyson had been contacted numerous times and finaly emailed. After I emailed her, she just delegated to someone else and did not even give me the courtesy that she did. The Bfast staffs were amazing thought very eager to help and friendly, and Ms. Teah was nice too. 7th Floor smells of mildew ...for our first night, after switching room to 5th floor for the 2nd PM which was much cleaner.

Good and affordable NYC option
Very clean and modern and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a 4 minute walk to the subway. The neighborhood is dark after sunset but staff assured us it was safe to walk at night. It takes around a 30 minute subway ride to get uptown to attractions and a 30 minute beautiful walk to battery Park. A very affordable option for NYC.
