Kimpton Gray Hotel

Overall clean and friendly, however, simple spa room with zero view of city. Asked for end room. With windows on both sides.. did not happen.. dining area non existent.

Fantastic location; thoughtful, friendly and helpful staff; comfortable, spacious room; all around perfect stay!

The whole setup seemed disjointed, with check-in on the second floor yet no signage in the lobby to this effect, the elevator requiring the room key for access to other floors yet the staff not letting us know this. There were building amenities but none of them were explained by the check-in staff. Overall, the room was a tight fit and the proximity to the elevators made for some noisy nights. But the staff was great, and the location ideal.

An amazing hotel! Staff was wonderful. Arrived early and they stored our luggage as we went off sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and comfortable! Will stay again

Beautiful re-purposing of an old office building. The interior was beautiful. The welcoming staff at the door were especially cheerful and helpful. No so with the registration staff. When I checked in a woman standing at the counter next to me started screaming "This hotel has bed-bugs, Bed Bugs, BED BUGS". The reception staff did nothing except roll their eyes and said" We are checking on it." They did nothing to remove this obviously psychotic person from the lobby. The reception service also refused to put through important business calls to my room claiming that an outside call presented a "security issue" What BS. I nearly missed a business meeting because of their ridiculous security concerns. Nice hotel, convenient to my business, but I wont be staying at this Kimpton again. Apologies wont cut it.
