We stayed at this hotel at the end of our honeymoon trip and found it to be an overall great choice. It is conveniently located in Seminyak, but hotel rooms are quiet despite it being in a touristy area. Accommodations are spacious, modern and clean. The hospitality at check-in is also very cool, with a designated staff member serving you drinks and leaving you a treat. Easy access to the potato head beach club with special reservation perks as a hotel guest is also a big plus. The only drawbacks were the hotel's small pool area in the shade, lack of rooftop access and value (expensive option compared to many other hotels in the area). Nevertheless, I would recommend it for a couple nights' stay in Bali.

On family holiday with my daughter. We emailed the hotel prior to our upcoming stay as always to alert staff of my daughter's nut allergy. A) Check-in was a bite confusing, as hotel thought we were coming in later that evening (we arrived early that morning 2AM flight into Bali). Once in our room, which was stunning - exactly as pictured. We then proceeded to Potato Head Beach Club, their sister property. Order a round of drinks, my daughter espresso martini was accompanied by a chocolate chip cookie. Unfortunately it contained nuts. One bite and we had to quickly leave the beach club, and she locked herself in the bathroom. She was sick for 24hrs thereafter. We tried to make the best of our stay and enjoy the facilities, but it was mired by this unfortunate event. Lastly, upon check-out we were charged for our drinks at Potato Head (which we did not finish bc of allergic reaction) & room service that night - which although ordered but she could not consume. I didn't say a word, but my daughter was deeply disappointed.

Hotel was great. Staff very responsive. Restaurant food had excellent choices for breakfast. Would have liked meat options other than pork .ie. chicken or turley sausage. Beach club Potato Head excellent choice for millennials, but would have liked quieter option for beach going as well. Hotel right next to Mrs. Sippy, another loud beach club. Rooms were very quiet with doors shut.

Comfortably the most amazing hotel I've experienced, and I travel for work and personally a lot! The staff are superb, and went above and beyond what I've ever seen before. One even popped to the shop for me and dropped what I needed in my room. The hotel decor is stunning and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, mid-century with a Balinese twist. Breakfast was delicious and again the service was impeccable. Literally the only downside to the hotel is its pool, it's nice but doesn't get that much sunlight. But with entry to Potato Head 100yrds away and hotel concierge reserving a bed for you whatever day you like its irrelevant. If you want the best hotel in Seminyak then stay here! You won't regret it
