My reservation wasn’t received, and the gate was closed, there was no body when we got there. We were with our children 4 year old and 1 year old twins, so I was so worried
A 3-bedroom house charging HKD$3k per night in Guam, I'd be expecting more. The place is rather dirty, the floor was oily, couch was dusty, bedsheets had stinks. The worst part is - you are supposed to clean the house else you need to pay USD$60 for house keeping. They won't even come to do the trash for you. 3 bedrooms you get 6 towels but if you need more (water activities etc), they won't give you additional, they will ask you to wash them. We had to ask for a hairdryer. Wifi was broken for the first 2 days and we had to ask them to fix it. Don't expect immediate service when you call, a typical wait is 1 hour, but to be fair, if they tell you 1 hour, they will really be on time. Good range of kitchen utilities but some of them don't work. Honestly i am not sure how it got rating 4.2 (when i booked thatz the rating on Expedia)

주요 관광지랑 멀어서 불편했고요 벌레는 딱히 나오지 않았으나 숙소 청결도에 조금 실망했습니다. 직원분들은 정말 친절하셨어요. 귀여운 고양이도 있고.

グアムでのコンドミニアムは初めてでしたがすばらしい施設で満足でした。 管理会社の方からオーナー夫婦さん! 何から何まで大変お世話になりました。 タモンの中心からは少々離れていますがレンタカーを借りれば問題ありません。 アウトリガーやヒルトンもいいですがコンドミニアムを安く利用して大人数でワイワイガヤガヤするのもいいですよ。
후기 봤을때 좀 낡았다는 평이 좀 있었는데 내외관 모두 깔끔하고 청결상태도 좋고 가족단위로 와도 참 좋을거 같다는 생각이 들었습니다
전반적으로 꽤 만족스러웠어요! 얼리 체크인도 추가 비용 없이 가능했어요. 다만 체크인 해주는 직원이 항상 데스크에 있지는 않아서 미리 전화를 해야 하는 것 같았어요. 정문이 닫혀있다면 정문에 적혀있는 번호로 전화해서 열어달라고 하면 됩니다. 들어가서 체크인 하면 정문을 열 수 있는 리모콘을 받을 수 있어요. 괌 시내 어디든 차로 10분 내외로 이동할 수 있어요!
