Oceanaire by Diamond Resorts

The stay was nice, I did not care for the $300 deposit due at check-in. A couple times it was only one elevator working for a building with 17/18 floors. Visually everything appeared to be clean and neat. The room had a full kitchen and a partial ocean view. My direct view was to another building in which you could see directly into someone else's room. If valet parking was available, it was not offered to my brother and I. Check in was smooth and the staff was kind and friendly!

I have stayed at this location several times and never disappointed. Fire and water pit is so relaxing. Cannot wait until everything is back to normal after COVID is done

Valet unavailable. No seating at indoor pool area. First room smelled of marijuana. Bathroom light dim, only one worked. Parking was a block away- had to walk back and forth each time to go anywhere. Security at door would pick and choose who to ask to see their key card depending on their appearance (race, gender). Not impressed whatsoever.

Linens and towels were dirty, dry noodles on the floor..it was not vacuumed. We had to call for them to come change the bedsheets since they were clearly not changed beforehand. There was a large smudge on the window and wet stain on the carpet. When we went to take a shower, the water was not hot. We had to run the hot water on all the faucets to get the water hot (as per the maintenance man) Conceriege desk was more of an entrapment scheme for a time share. The individual working at the desk was pushy and rude. Indoor pool area was cold and once again the pool towels were dirty (with what looked like pasta stains). We were not satisfied.

This hotel charge me another 35 $ I don’t know way ?????

The room is nicely furnished, well appointed and comfortable. However part of the carpet by the dining table is fully wet. Making the use of shoes in our room mandatory. The other guests in the hotel were seen in common areas without using masks (at the height of COVID breakout). This made my family feel very uncomfortable. The personnel at this hotel were friendly and accommodating.

I love this place. Home away from home. Beautiful grounds and amenities. Looking forward to going back

Resort advertised as family friendly, NOT so much! Pool use is only for Age 21+, you are however allowed to use the pool at the hotel next door if you have children and want to walk there...this is not told when u make reservations. Also parking is a block away in a garage which you are only permitted to park on level 3 or above. Remote Control was missing in room for the TV. The light bulb didn't work in the bedside lamp, the lock was broken on the bathroom door, and when I made coffee in the morning the glass pot was cracked (which I did not see at 1st) so after the coffee began to brew it went everywhere. The view from the balcony is lovely, but when the heat or AC comes on the pump in the wall is so loud that you have to scream to talk to someone next to you. I expected a lot more convenience and ammenaties for $300 a night!

The room was relatively clean and the hotel amenities were okay. I understand that these may have been limited somewhat owing to COVID. The main problem I had with the hotel was its clientele. There was an over abundance of profane behavior on the observation deck while we were trying to relax. The entire hotel had a pervasive odor of illicit smoke. So it would seem that this is the place to go to hangout with trash. It’s a shame.

The only thing I didn’t like was that most guess wasn’t wearing mask when there are signs that say otherwise and the elevator wasn’t working but other than that I enjoyed our stay and will most definitely will be back.
