Rooms were clean. Staff is good. But it’s dated property. Toilets looks really old and dirty, no matter how much you clean them. Try to find rooms without bath tubs. Bath tubs looks ridiculously old and dirty. Bath tub and sink is mostly clogged. Security and social distancing arrangement is good. breakfast is amazing. Restaurants are nice.

Poor facility. I’d rate it 0-star. I don’t know where to start. We were first checked into a room which was recently used, with toilet paper still in flush and soap wraps all around the washroom. Room itself was very dirty. After changing rooms 3 times, we settled in another barely acceptable room. None of the rooms in the hotel are carpeted. Bathrooms are ages old. Furniture has completed their time but still under use. Toiletries, towels are provided at bare minimum. Forget about ordering stuff from room service (will take forever). Breakfast is free but tasteless. All other onsite restaurants are poor standard. All in all, I won’t recommend a stay here. We thought it would be similar to PC in Lahore but it was a mistake.

Overpriced, very outdated, dirt and dust everywhere. A/C apparently operates centrally so there is no room control which was useless for us. Had to ask for multiple room changes just to get a semi-clean room. This hotel is not to usual PC standard

A non smoking room was asked 2 time at the reception but room was on smoking and on smoking floor. Bed was king and both me and wife were sinked in the middle. Our arrival was late and we did not have energy to go down and change room. Restaurant had good breakfast in the morning. Although bathroom was old and not clean but shower had plenty of hot water and pressure.

Everthing was good. The cleaning was a nit below standard, but overall it was good, i do recommend.

Very very bad service i will never come here again so service at all

Co operative staff, property needs to replace carpets and some of the fixtures that have worn off over time. It's on the heart of the city, everything is closeby.

I wasn’t happy that they left my room door open after cleaning it so I noticed it when I returned at the end of the day and when questioned made a poor excuse that they had just left the room after cleaning. The breakfast was the same platter daily. They rip you off for room service. They charge you for airport transfer when they’ve clearly said it’s offered when you make your booking.

It was a ver good stay at PC. Will definitely return when i come back to Pakistan. Keep up the good work.
