Breakfast hours were different than posted. Requested handicap room but had us in regular room. Moved room to handicap room. Reservation was for 2 nights, but when they switched our room, only had us for 1 night so when we returned to our room the next day, we were locked out of our room. Maid had come into our room and saw that it was still occupied and took a bottle of medication from our room and took it to the front desk. Upon checkout, they had us and another room from our party showing all booked into one room. Had to split back up, could not pay upon check out. Sent receipt for charges via email. Got charged market place purchases that belonged to other room. Currently trying to get that straightened out. Room was great, but disappointed with all the mix ups.

Customer service was great, people were friendly and accommodating. The king size bed was very comfortable. Loved the quiet neighborhood.

The hotel was amazing but the customer service was alright. When we checked in the gentleman stayed that comp breakfast was from 630-9 on Friday and when we arrived to the front desk on Friday at 833am, the front desk said breakfast was over. Also the phone jack was broken which meant that the the phone was not working at all. Lastly, upon checking out, the woman was rude when I asked about being refunded for an early check out. She stated that I needed to contact Expedia.

The hotel is lovely and easy to access. However, the front desk clerk wasn’t wearing a mask when we checked in, though she was behind a plastic screen, and she still wasn’t wearing a mask when she brought us sheets for the sleeper sofa. Mask wearing wasn’t enforced for guests in lobby either.

Place was nice, the restroom was not cleaned very well. I had a room above me with 2 large dogs that kept me up at night and early morning.

The first thing you notice when you enter the hotel lobby is the patterned carpet that a lot of stains and is discolored. I told myself it's just the lobby I’m sure the rooms are nice. The room was a good size and definitely suites my needs. The chair, couch, and bed were comfortable and better than I anticipated. The stove, fridge and dishwasher were great. I noticed the the transitions from carpet to tile were not “tight”, the carpet was pulled away a little from the transition. It also had visible dirt and dust in them. The granite transition leading into the bathroom was cracked and had a couple chunks missing from it. Unfortunately I did notice this or the mold in the corners of the shower tile until the next second evening in the hotel. I was there 6 nights and only received room service twice. I did have the do not disturb door handle sign up until about 830-9 a couple of days and did not receive any service. Overall it was extremely disappointing because of the good reviews. I would not recommend this place to someone, unless your expectations are motel 6 or lower (nothing wrong with motel 6 either). I’ve stayed in many motel 6’s and all of them were in better condition. If the reason was my trip did not occupy all of my time, I would’ve complained more, and switched hotels. I should’ve paid a little extra money stayed at Viscount, Double tree, Embassy Suites or any other hotel/suite in the area. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
