We stayed for two nights here and it met our expectations. The owner and the staffs are very helpful. We had our private tours to Gobeklitepe, Harran and Nemrut with them and the price was reasonable. The breakfast they served(not included with room. 15 Lira per person) was also very good. The owner helped us for return airport shuttle which picked us up from the hotel and costed only 20 Lira per person. The only problem we had with the flies in the room. The neighborhood might have a different feel, but it is completely safe.

The property is very good value for money as it is cheap compared to anywhere else in the area. Ozcan, the owner speaks very good English, which is a big help and he will arrange any trips or taxis that you may need. The breakfast is basic, but cheap and has wonderful Turkish bread straight from the bakery 2 doors down. The courtyard is peaceful and pleasant.

The room was newly renovated and clean. But the whole place was more at a back packers style and standard. I was expecting more of a boutique hotel.

Everything is ok but they charged us 30tl for laundry. Price dont make sense.

We didnt stay at this hotel and have reported this to hotels.com. When we arrived the staff showed us to a room with no window, no furniture except for two beds and no bathroom. We were told we could have this room for 20 Euros. We refused and said we wanted an ensuite, double room as per our booking which was for 36euros. The staff seemed confused and then showed us a larger room with a window, three beds, no other furniture. It did have a bathroom but the overall condition of the room and bathroom were poor and dirty. The area around the hotel was poor and there was no evidence of the bar and other facilities which were supposed to be available. So we left and found another hotel. Hotels.com have dealt with me fairly when I reported this to them.

The hotel was in a great position. The staff were always happy and ready to help. Being close to winter it got a bit chilly in the courtyard. For the price you can’t go wrong. You can park outside but it’s a narrow street. There is also a secure car park around the corner. I’d stay there again.
