perfect location, feels like a palace inside
Beautiful room right on the square so excellent location. The interior is like a palace. Only issue was the bed was extremely hard and being on the main square it was quite noisy. But other than that a perfect place to stay.

We loved our stay! The location was amazing!! Everyone we encountered who worked there was so friendly. Room was cool and interesting. Again the location was superb. We absolutely loved Bruges! It was the highlight of our trip!

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The flat was lovely and large. The location was amazing. One downfall, we only stayed one night. We left early the next day and were not able to enjoy the market steps away from this hotel. I would highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Brilliant, place & location
Helpful, friendly & super accommodating for my requirements. Room was amazing, they only have 4, so a unique place & fantastic view of the ancient square.

Unique Stay
The room was really cool and large with an amazing view of the main square. The room had nice amenities and I had a good sleep. My only cons are that there is no obvious check in procedure. The restaurant below is where you check in and it took me some time to figure it out (partially because I don't speak the local language- not their fault- and I was having a bit of a language barrier). I was also not granted an early check in, which I understand, but I didn't have a place to leave my bags in the restaurant and had to lug them around the cobblestone streets for 3 hours until I could check in. Overall, the place was great and would recommend and stay there again and just plan differently upon arrival.

Great stay!!
Wonderful stay, big room, and great area made this an amazing place to stay. It was right in the middle of City Center with windows that open right up to the activity below. They room was HUGE, with the only downside being that there was no AC. I would still recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel is superb, right in the middle of the main plaza. Best location. We got an apartment in the 3rd floor with the best view ever.

I can't say enough good things about my stay here. Super friendly welcome, a spacious and luxurious room that exceeded my expectations by far, excellent location and amazing view. I've already begun recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. If I ever return to Bruges, I will definitely make sure to stay here!
