Nice place but doesn't have two queen beds
Nice place, staff was ok not super friendly. rooms have two double beds i prefer two queen beds as a double is not big enough for two people. Restaurant was excellent, food was delicious, service was wonderful and they didn't push you out.

Loved our Valentine's day stay, especially during the current restricted times. Love the fact the outlets mall is nearby. The only thing we didn't like is that our room had a door (locked) to the adjoined room, and the sound proofing is non-existent. We had no idea we needed to inquire about that at check-in. We could hear everything from our neighbors, opposite of quite R&R I was hoping for. Other than that, everything is awesome. Will be back.

Expected more from the Hotel
Went there for a special Valentines Day trip-was disappointed that no live music was offered even though it was a Sat nite and the hotel was fully booked. It wasnt because of Covid-cause other venues in the area had live music. The room was small 1st floor with a view of the parking lot and Tanger outlet. The sink counter top was stained, and the bed squeaked....not bad if youre making a Porno Movie- not fun trying to sleep. The walls are paper thin we could hear the couple next to us(TG they werent making a Porno Movie lol) Constantly heard noise from the room above us- I had stayed here before and must have had a much better room- sadly not this time!

Loved the hotel..
Our experience was great! I loved that I was able to take my puppy for a walk on the hotel grounds and the room was big enough for him to play. I didn’t like the ants appearing in the bathroom and then the door area.

Product good/ service needs to be better
We have stayed here several times, and I believe it is a good value. The summer is pricey as are all hotels are on the LI east end, however for the summer, this hotel offers excellent out door space and is central to so much. The hotel is modern and clean, and the reception is super nice and professional. We stayed here last weekend, and while we did not go outdoors due to the weather, there was a firepit and torch, if you wanted to be outside. The breakfast offered for free is adequate: bagels, cereal, yogurt, coffee. Our only observation is that the hotel restaurant is either understaffed or not properly trained. Over the summer, it was slow service as well, but more understandable as it was quite busy. On our recent stay in January, it took us 45 minutes to get our first drink from the bar. We overheard other tables complaining about this service for the food, but they did add that once they received the food, it was delicious. I will stay here again, but will probably eat and drink elsewhere due to the service.

Hotel with potential
The hotel has great potential. Needs some refurbishing in rooms and public areas. The staff is most welcoming and accommodating. The cost isreasonable at this time of Covid, but can be pricey at other times.
