Lovely place clean and tidy. Very warm welcome

For the price we paid was perfect, cleaning could of had a little more attention on the bathroom

A lovely friendly Hotel with very helpful staff Breakfast is a must, great value. My room was spacious, with a bath but the shower using the bath taps was a little disappointing. The bed was very comfortable.

A comfortable night's sleep. Good parking off road. Welcoming staff.

We were attracted by the pool but found on arrival that it is in a different building. There was no shower as such, just attachments to the bath with varying hot water supply. The counterpain and furniture had seen better days. The structure of the room in conjunction with the passageways was such that noises outside the room appeared very loud inside. However we left a watch behind and they were very quick in having it sent back. They were also very good with sorting out a TV fault very quickly. Staff were cheery and helpful

Although the hotel was fairly cheap, I expected some standards but this place was awful. All the rooms are out of date, the room was cleaned 3 times during our stay and there was old nuts beside the bed that were still there when we left 4days later. The toilet takes 3 flushes to flush even the smallest amount of loo roll. We got zero sleep because every floor board creaks and so the people above us woke us up at all hours of the morning with there walking around. The fire alarm was covered by a plastic bag, do not understand why. Also breakfast was £8 pp, which would be fine if you didn't get 1 slice of toast and a very small amount of scrambled egg, way to expensive for a very small breakfast.

Clean and secure, with a fascinating aesthetic, a pool, and a diner. Less than average as a hotel, but with some positive attributes, but winning if considered as a motel. Good location, if a bit cryptic to find at night. Would return happily.

It was not a great experience. The room was dirty. Awful smell coming from the sink and tap and just a lot of dirt. We couldn't shut the small window properly. The bed sheets were dirty. We bought new sheets as i couldn't let my baby sleep in those . They had disgusting brown marks on the ceiling too.

This is an old style hotel and the fixtures and fittings were very dated. However, I had a huge room with a very comfortable double bed (sheets and blankets, no duvet). The room was clean although I couldn't get it serviced each day because of covid. It was a little noisy at the weekend but not bad enough that I couldn't sleep. The location was great, could walk into Bournemouth through the lovely gardens. All-in-all it was a good experience in a comfortable but more basic hotel. By the way, bring your own toiletries because they don't supply any
