Heathlands Hotel Bournemouth

Was very good clean and tidy staff very nice

I don't normally judge a book by its cover,but you don't really have a choice when booking on line do you so when you look at the photos of this hotel you think yeah it looks nice. They say a picture never lies, well these ones do . Good points 1. It's close to the beach. 2. It's close to the town. 3. They have made some effort with the currant covid situation with signs everywhere etc. Bad points: 1. The outside needs a lick of paint, 2. The rooms are tired and need decorating and the the bed I slept in I think was made from granite. 3. The TV was very small so when you were in bed you could barely see it and the volume is not good either .so if you have hearing issues forget it I hope you look read but you won't be able to due to the TV being so far away 4.

Property is dated but clean close to town and beach. DO NOT EAT THE BREAKFAST for the price you can get much better. It was the worst breakfast I have ever been served.

Hotel did not look that bad but the room was horrible, it was like a hostel wouldn't recommend this hotel. The lift dose not work to that half of the hotel which was really hard with the buggy.

Location was excellent. Staff polite, helpful and friendly

Get what you pay for cheap n cheerfull

I know is a budget hotel but from here till to the lack of cleaning is a long way . Roof we had was full of dirt everywhere , dust , hair on bed , shower . If you want a clean room look for another Hotel as this one will disappoint you for sure . Parking spaces not enough as is on first come first base , 5 quid per night stay .

Good facilities and service, good location, although there is 2 car parks they are in a open space, so everybody (clients and no clients) can enjoy them even if they do not pay, imposible to find a free place.

On arrival room wasn’t ready at 15.30 Then a group of drunken youth came into hotel Asked our room to be changed as we where by them they did change it to one around the corner Room very dated and tired dust thick on curtains whole in floor under carpet Bathroom not good Walls need decorating No hand soap in bathroom Bedding and towels clean and white Room big coffee ad tea facilities Drinks well priced in hotel bar over all the hotel needs a major make over Thread bear carpets on stairs Rooms very noisy can hear everything from next door We only stayed one night but wouldn’t stay again Had to pay to park your car

When you first see property you think oh dear!! But the room although dated was huge and very clean.The staff were brilliant and close to all amenities for the cost you cannot complain. Bed was twin and was huge. Parking is first come first served so get there a bit early. Great stay just for one night and thanks so much.
