W Hollywood

Nice and quiet room. Parking was kind of expensive.

I had a high expectation about the W in hollywood, and although I understand COVID has affected the overall experience It was disappointing to find out the room was lacking certain amenities Such as a coffee machine, a shower cap, slippers or complimentary snack/breakfast Or free parking or discounted I’ve been to other W hotels and the level of service was far more superior that the hollywood one, I was expecting the same level if not better given that it’s in Hollywood. Had I known I would have chosen a different hotel but I wanted my boyfriend and I to experience the W in hollywood since we experience the W in Oman (where we meet) and it was amazing

My husband and I came to the W for our 1 year wedding anniversary

Beds are so low to the ground it’s difficult to get up. Staff was nice. Very clean room. No fridge in room or coffee maker which would have been nice and very helpful. So many homeless on the property. Sad because the W has a good reputation. Maybe if my stay had been non COVID timeframe things might have been different.

Do not go to this hotel very dirty unhelpful staff the rooms are disgusting

Everything was great but they took all the condiments out due to Rona :( That was my only real complaint as kiddos wanted the glass bear full of gummies

I am so upset about this whole stay. The staff was not very helpful, I had to wait as I was locked out of my room for quite sometime and had to have their technical team come and charge the door system just so I could get into my room. Rooms were truly not what I was expecting for price and the service was for sure not there. Wouldnt recommend staying here it seems like staff is more concenred with other guest or themselves. Lastly the thermostat in my room was broken so although it said I wanted the air to be on 66 degrees the room was at a constant 81.

Beautiful hotel, professional staff, clean rooms, unfortunately the pool wasnt open but that’s because of COVID 19.

The W in Hollywood has really good air conditioning and a comfortable bed but everything else was pretty disappointing. In order to access the pool you need to make reservations with a QR code that doesn't properly work, room service breakfast ends at 10am, there fridges were empty, no water in the room (which could be a covid thing) , the phone line couldn't reach reception and there were some stains below the toilet bowl. For over $300 a night I expected better!

This place is absolutely awful! There were people partying all night. I understand people want to get together in small groups but the W is allowing people to party in rooms and in hallways. Smoking weed with no masks in the hallway. People yelling and running in the halls at nite. No wonder California is having such issues with its COVID rates when places are allowing this. I’m a nurse and and needed a good night sleep. I had to move my room 2x and the third room wasn’t very clean either.
