If you want to walk into a hotel and feel like you are a person that matters then this is the one for you. All of the reception staff especially Petra and the guest relations manager( Ive forgotten his name) were excellent and made you feel very welcome. The hotel itself is full of character and really interesting. it’s comfortable clean and just makes you feel like it’s a nice place to be. Its in a quiet location about 15/20 mins walk from the city centre but on the same side of the river as the castle. We walked it fine although the tram stop is just around the corner and easy to use.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff were all very helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Good breakfast. Would definitely recommend. We will return to explore the amazing city of Prague some more.

Excellent staff always on duty and responsive to answering questions about city trams and airport taxi. Quiet street near tram for short ride across bridge to National Theatre or walk to historic areas or transfer to another tram for short ride to other theatres and concert halls. Grocery store at tram stop. Hotel breakfast included with lots of choices. Many European TV channels. Rick Steves was right to recommend this hotel.

Often when looking for a hotel with a reasonable price I have found you have to give up something, either comfort, amenities, or helpful staff. This was not so with Hotel Julian. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we have had on our whole trip. The most amazing thing was the staff. Marcella, Petra, Gabriella went out of their way to assist us with other things other than our stay at Hotel Julian. The rest of the staff was very kind and friendly too. I came away feeling like they were friends. We both highly recommend this place.

It was very good, very nice people and very friendly that helped us lot and was very patient with us with everything,the place is very clean, and beautiful .

Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and excellent restaurant for evening meal. Within walking distance of all the main attractions. Would definitely recommend and we will be back very soon.

Clean room, breakfast included, reception staff very helpful, lovely locker area to store bags after checkout, and a quick 10min walk to Charles Bridge.

Great location off the beaten track but very convenient. The staff is unusually helpful - there is a personal orientation to the hotel and city upon check-in. Comfortable room. Very good breakfasts.
