Extremely nice hotel
Staff were super friendly and professional. Ms. Louise had the best personality and very helpful. The rooms were extremely clean? The beds were comfortable. Loved the big bathroom especially enjoyed the shower. It had excellent water pressure and the shampoo, conditioner & body wash set up in the shower was incredible.

I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, clean, the hotel was in a perfect location to everything and the staff was friendly. The only thing was the T.V. in my room was messed up and kept gojng in and out while watching.

A wonderful stay!
We arrived about an hour later than planned, but the young woman at the desk was welcoming, helpful and engaging! The room was well cared for, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. It was a four-star stay and the staff were incredible! Thank you!

The place and room is nice but you have to pay 11 per person for breakfast and we was a family of four and is not even good.They have a so call restaurant but they do breakfast and dinner but only have two drinks that they was making and with the food they only had three options to choose from for dinner. Going to ihop and chili’s was better then what they had and spent around the same. They told us that the pool was open but only 8 people could be in there at one time and the hours change but every time we tried to go to the pool they didn’t want to open the door one person said it wasn’t time and another said the pool was not working but up can see the jets going in the pool.I ask for housekeeping to bring towels to my room but they gave me the towels and it had hair and black stuff on it. The trash can in the room didn’t have a trash bag and they didn’t leave any so you can put in there on your own everybody had to put their trash outside the door and the bed was not comfortable but the room was nice looking. Everything was way different when they was called holiday inn.

Great location/friendly staff
Hotel is in a great location for both downtown and 459 area; very nice staff; room was nice enough but the noise in the hallway was non stop...kids at some track meet with minimal supervision. Bathroom was nice with roomy shower, but needed cleaning on the back shower floor. Bed was comfortable. I’ll stay again.

Booked this hoyel for 9 days. I ran out of shower gel, toilet paper and soap in 3 days. Clogged sink and moldy shower. The room itself is spacious and has a modern feel to it. But the service really is the worst. I asked for room service after and was told not until i stay 5 nights, wow. I asked for towels and got them on yhe 6th day of my stay. Overall this place is horrible. Maybe not for a 2 night stay but anything longer do not waste your money. Despite co-vid other hotels were much better than this.

We enjoy our 3 night stay. The hotel was very clean and staff was nice. One day our key was deactivated and we could not get into the room. One of the cleaning ladies let us im and then went to tje from desk and activated the cards for us. That was the type of service we received. My only complaint, with COVID 19 was that front dest staff would serve you with a mask down around their chin...not very helpful in reducing the spread of the virus. However there were also plexi glass barriers between customer and reception staff. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

It was nice the staff was friendly and accommodated my needs and request. I needed early check in and wanted a room on the top floor all were met and no issues. Would recommend this hotel.
