Hotel Jurmala Spa & Conference Center

The hotel offers a very good spa with choices and maybe that's why it's a 4*, cause the rooms are definitely not a 4* hotel rooms. The spa experience is good but the rooms are very basic. There's no tea/coffee setup available in the rooms and had to convince the receptionist to provide me one even if they want to add an extra charge cause it's not like they don't have it, they just don't offer it if you don't have a baby. The location of the hotel is nice, 5 mins walk to the beach and next to the Jomas street.

Amazing hotel with nice spa service

Awesome place, so close to the beach and with a nice pool/spa area as well which you can use for 2.5 hours per day included in room rate. The room was comfortable, had air conditioning, would be nice if there was a water boiler in the room. Breakfast was quite good. Nice restaurants nearby on Jormas Street

Serviss could be more focused to customers, otherwise was good. Very good SPA area and offers

The swimming pool was rather small. Also, the breakfast was very limited and during busy hours there was nowhere to sit down. On the bright side, most of the saunas were nice but the salt sauna.

Reception staff are unaware of hotel facilities at all. Told us that this is not a hotel for families with children and nothing to do for our 2 year old son. I got upset after check in But then we went to the restaurant and seen there playroom for children, went outside and seen the playground for kids, went to the spa and seen children’s pool. So totally useless reception staff! Also it is pacetic that there are no umbrellas for guests use during rain. Most 3* hotels have it never mind 4*. Reception staff offered us to purchase one from them. Disgrace! Restaurant menu is very limited, not much choice of food. Children’s menu- no allergens listed in the menu, nothing to eat for a child with allergies....no kettles in the room which is weird... terrible hotel!!! Was only happy with location and spa facilities were jamazing. Not coming back for sure

Nice hotel and nice spa, but lots of restrictions on when hotel guests are allowed to use spa and fitness facilities without paying another high fee.

Stayed for a few night relaxation after attending a wedding in Latvia. Great facilities , spa, sauna, pool and great location, 5 min walk to the beach and right on the Main Street of restaurants and bars.

Nice hotel, very close to the beach, great location, right on the main strip- Jomas iela (street) with restaurants, cafes and shopping. we were on the 7th floor - very quite room. Breakfast with a lot of varieties - hot and cold dishes - really nice breakfast. Hotel is very modern inside. The only thing was not for me - very soft mattress... not updated, as in the modern hotels. And the pool was under the renovation closed, we were not informed until we arrived. Didn't get any credit for pool absence :):) Front desk staff- thank you for your hospitality! Very nice people working there.

Good location for Majori beach, Jomas Street with Restaurants and shops. Unfortunately the gym was closed for renovations during our stay. Breakfast of fruits, cereals and toast was good, cooked food did not look very appetising. Only down side was the lack of outside space for relaxation. Would visit again.
