Quality Inn & Suites Cincinnati Sharonville

Property has went down hill tremendously. Used to be a super nice hotel to stay at. We’ve stayed numerous times but, this time was awful. The pool was disgusting. Our “neighbor” was fighting with his girlfriend all night yelling at the top of his lungs. There was a couple in the parking lot hitting each other and throwing snacks, drinks, etc everywhere and the staff acted like it was okay. Won’t be staying again. I hate oriole this person but it’s awful anymore.

The hotel has seen more wear and tear than expected, and it is located nearby to both a highway and train tracks so it is a bit loud. The room was not as clean as I would like, especially the hard surfaces. No breakfast due to Covid-19, while other hotels manage something simple like a granola bar and piece of fruit (“hot breakfast” still features prominently on their sign.)

It was unfortunate that due to the virus, there was no breakfast or pool available. Although there were several restaurants on both sides of the property which is very nice. Overall, a nice property close to the highway and numerous attractions.

The property was clean and convenient. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. Overall a good place to stay for the price.

It just didn’t start out righ, pulled in at 640 pm and parking lot was full of construction workers, and ALOT of banging on roof and when I walked in front lobby all u can smell is WEED. Also found out the HOT TUB wasn’t functioning and that was the MAIN reason I picked this hotel. Front desk guy had no apologies or offer of a discount said he couldn’t do anything because he wasn’t a manager...ok....

Better Breakfast options would be nice, rooms clean

My stay at this property was overall not pleasant. When I returned to my room after being out all day, my key did not work. I was told it was probably because it was near my phone/technology, which was not the case at all. Also, there was constant door slamming from other guests who appeared to be running to/fro from the pool and mgmt just stood there and allowed it. I know that mgmt was aware as my son went to the vending machine and came back and told me that mgmt was observing the interactions of the loud, unruly guest. At one point around 11 pm, myself and another guest stuck our heads out of our rooms to address a guest and he stated that mgmt advised him to slam the doors because that's the only way to close them. I didn't quite believe that excuse but nonetheless, guests should not have to address other guests while mgmt stands idly by.

I was happy with everything about the hotel. I have nothing to complain about my stay there.
