Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Collins

I like this hotel, they have handled all the current restrictions very well. Over several stays I have found the service to be excellent

Very friendly, clean. Really nice room. Great stay.

It was a clean hotel room but had terrible front desk service. The young lady had a nasty attitude. The room was clean but had an odd door inside of it that was locked and felt extremely unsafe. When I called front desk she informed me that all the rooms had it. Had to end up staying there because there was no other room available for that night and throughout the night I heard thumping as if they were doing construction inside the hotel.

We arrived at our room at 2am, coming from a late movie night, (we had ‘checked in’ around 4pm) our room was 85 degrees (in summer). We immediately Tried to turn the thermostat down but it was broken saying it was set to 67 but showing the room temp at 85. I called down and the night manager said there were no other rooms available and nothing she could do about the thermostat, but she could bring us a fan. All that did was lower the temp to 79 degrees (still way to hot!) and push around hot air around the room all night long. The windows only open 1 inch(I understand why but it was of no help to cool the place down). We were awake, sweating all night sitting in front of the fan. A little ridiculous to pay that much money for this kind of stay. We are overheated, tired and hungry. When we went downstairs for breakfast at 9:30 which, on the check in sheet we were given said ends @ 10am, I was informed that was the “pre-COVID time” & it actually ended at nine...so after 6 months of COVID it’s not possible to change the time on a printed out sheet of paper for your guests? Absolutely ridiculous. Like I said...we’re hot, hungry and tired. A terrible stay for us.

Our stay was great! The rooms were very nice and the beds were comfortable. Due to COVID, they only had grab and go breakfast which consisted of juice, muffins, granola bars, oranges, yogurt, and coffee. Also, they had the pool closed. Wish we would have known these things before booking. Overall, the staff was nice and the place was clean. We would stay there again.

Great hotel very quiet. Perfect location to see all of Fort Collins.

Stayed for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend, room was outstanding.. I have stayed here several times, I highly recommend this place, easily one of the finest hotels in Fort Collins

My suite was beautiful, had everything I needed and more. Everything was clean and provided for me.

We were going to be in town for three nights, so we needed a place that would accept pets and also a place with a kitchenette. Because of the Coronavirus, we knew restaurants would be closed and doing take out only. Our room also had a sitting area which was nice since we spent a lot of time in the hotel. We also cooked a couple of meals while there. Our bed was very comfortable. Because of the virus, breakfast was Grab & Go, which meant take it back to your room which was fine with us. They had pre-wrapped breakfast sandwiches, fruit and yogurt. The third day, breakfast could no longer be served. Housekeeping never came to our room, even when we were out and the dog wasn't there. The inside pool and spa were closed. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again when in town.
