Great get-away relaxing environment

There isn't much to comment on because of COVID. The property was well kept.

There had apparently been some flooding in one portion of the hotel, so there was a fairly unpleasant odor in one wing. We were originally given a room in that vicinity, but insisted on moving. The new room was fine, but the folks next to us burnt something in the kitchen, so we were convinced the place was burning down. Unfortunately both things a bit beyond the control of the property, but it led to some unpleasantness during our stay

Check in was quick and pleasant.. Stayed at many hotels since Covid and was surprised to see you still served breakfast (safely of course). The option of being able to prepare my own meal has ales made me seek your hotel first,

I got the jacuzzi room n the steam from bath keep setting off the fire alarm n I got kick out because of it .. they waiting for me to leave to go n my room so when I get back they kicked me out

Stayed here in mid-Sept for work (brought my family along for fun) and highly recommend this property. The mini kitchen was much larger than I thought it would be and all the dishes were very clean. I didn't cook using the pot/pan but the silverware and dishware were in good condition. The room was very comfortable and the couch was a pull out. When the couch was folded up the room felt huge, especially for the three of us. Bathroom was a bit small and awkwardly shaped but nothing too bad. The first night we were there our shower was broken, it was either freezing or would burn us. So we had to change rooms. While it was a little bit of a hassle, the staff was very responsive and incredibly helpful and understanding. Because of COVID there's no breakfast buffet but the breakfast selections they have is GREAT! I thought at best we'd get some cold cereal and fruit. Nope, you can still have a hot breakfast! Because all rooms have a microwave, they offer some frozen foods that are easy to reheat. We had warm breakfast sandwiches, a breakfast corndog, breakfast pizza and breakfast burrito. We also had hot oatmeal, fruit, juice, yogurt, pancakes, cold cereal and milk. Yes, heating it up takes a little bit of work but it's totally worth it. The property is a little bit old but everything seems really clean. Above all, the staff is excellent and that makes up for anything else!

My room was cancelled, had to stay a cross in another hotel, people walking around with out masks... cleaning crew, cleaning rooms with out mask... I did not feel safe on this environment!!!

They did not refund even though I was not staying this hotel. They canceled my booking when I arrived there

The stay and amenities were great. When I entered the room I noticed that the cleaning staff had left behind a cleaning cloth in room which I didnt like especially during this time of covid
