B&B Hotel Ljubljana Park

I had a great time at the B&B Hotel Ljubljana Park. The hotels location was perfect, right between the old town and central station. I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the hotel altogether. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I would absolutely stay there again the next time I’m in Ljubljana. Thank you!

Simple but everything one needs. Perfect location, helpful staff, great value for the money. We really enjoyed the view from the 12th floor.

The location is great The hotel has running water that’s about it The check out time is 11:00 but the cleaning staff will be hoovering outside your room from 8:30 daily Walls are thin gap in the door allows so much light in you will know when anyone enters the floor from the lift they will also alert you with the slamming door. curtains do not shut fully so you will catch the sunrise

Everything was very nice. The only issue is that this hotel caters to Chinese tourists. Almost every morning while I was here the breakfast room was packed with said group, who are loud, pushy, and wasteful. It is more quiet and peaceful later on around 8:30 or 9:00. Almost every evening I was here, sometime between 17:00 - 19:00 a new group would come and completely block the lobby, stairwell, and elevators with no concern for others. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly and kind. However, if management is going to make economical decisions that cater to Chinese tour groups, other travelers need to know, because it is not a comfortable environment.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast had lots of choices and was very good.

Hotel was standard. Nothing special but generally quite good. Withing an easy walk of the centre and castle

The hotel itself is fine, a short walk (5 minutes) into downtown. My issue is the customer service provided and how greatly it impacted me. I arranged with the hotel upon checking in to have a taxi ready at 5am the next day to the airport. I even confirmed a 2nd time. Long story short, the taxi didn't show up, there was no urgency on the hotel's part to order another, they kept saying it was only running 5-10 minutes late, and myself as well as another gentleman ended up not making our flight. We finally got in taxis at 5:30am. Part of the issue with us not making this flight is that the flight was greatly overbooked, but, it is likely if we arrived 30 minutes earlier as scheduled we would have been able to get on the flight. I was delayed more than 24 hours to my final destination as a result. Do not trust this hotel to provide a taxi when they say they will.

Environmentally friendly means won’t put a glass in the room, can’t borrow from the front desk ether , so ridiculous! Drainage blockage in the shower room, have to fill in the tag to inform the staff , I won’t do so in view the unpleasant experience!
