Very comfortable beds very clean nice staff they make everything to make sure you are comfortable

We stay two nights. The service, cleanliness, and room were excellent. The breakfast was very good. I got sick last night of our leaving and called the front desk and explained to them the nature of my sickness. They contacted the pharmacy and got me medication to my room, also extended my stay till five o’clock without a charge. This is what I consider the real five star hotel! I will go back again when I visit Ankara next time.

The room was very comfortable and the room was kept clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The gym was outstanding, with a huge amount of equipment and a full-sized lap pool.

Carpets are old, the rest is very good. Staff is attentive and friendly.

This is a very good hotel. ALL people working for this hotel are outstanding. I felt very safe by being there. The breakfast is very good and it is served in a superb dining room. I had dinner a few times and again, the food just great, abundant, excellent taste, quality products. I was in the Executive area and the lounge is the weakest part of the overall facility. It is not well served, most all the times, no personnel available. The quality of the alcoholic beverages was not that good. The breakfast at the loung was not good at all, the espresso coffee machine didn't work properly. If we exclude the no so good experience at the lounge, my stay at this hotel was superb.

The hotel does not warrant 5 stars but only 3. The rooms are old and not comfortable, the tv, hairdryer and wifi did not work properly. There was a constant noise in one of the rooms we booked such that the hotel had to give us a separate room. The room service was very poor, although it cost 100TL each time, the food was of poor quality (including being overcooked or burnt) and in very small portions (the items on the menu were not included in the actual food provided). One of the worst hotels we stayed at (despite the friendly staff).

Hotel in quiet area. Can walk to restaurants nearby. Rooms and beds good size. All more or less quiet at night. Bathroom needs some improvement, doors are swing-out saloon like and provides no privacy. S shower with low pressure. Spare toilet paper roll placed in non-hygienic position, next to but below toilet bowl level - should be moved to a "safe" place.Professional and helpful staff.

Being friendly and hospitable are the intrinsic features of any hotel, so this hotel is nearly amazing; however, its stuff of reception are not friendly and helpful adequatey. Therefore, I kindly ask the administrative manger to consider this issue for their own good.
