Quality Inn & Suites

The hotel is overrated at a 7.0. I would give it a 5.0. It was fine, but the property is very run down, the shower curtains were stained, it was overall not very clean. Also, the TV does not broadcast local channels so you can't watch sports that might be on NBC, ABC, or CBS. The beds were comfortable, but otherwise it was pretty disappointing.

The room was dirty the bathroom was dirty didn't have no heat the things they have for breakfast was old

Upon entering the building, the smell of smoke permeated the lobby and elevator. The refrigerator and microwave both kept my family awake during the night.

Room was not clean at all. There was unknown substances on the walls, nightstand, alarm clock, and floor. Had to take it upon myself to get cleaning supplies from a local store to sanitize the room as the cleaning staff was seen working without any face coverings. Also, if you have any sensitivity to smoke the entire hotel smells of it.

FILTHY! Asked for a room change and Even the new room still had used soap in it. Floors aren’t swept and I doubt they are following COVID protocols.

The room was pathetic, unclean, there were stains on the sheets and covers and hair, the toilet was broken and would move.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night because it was close to a dance competition we were attending. When we checked in, the front desk person did not have a mask on even though there is a mask mandate for PA. The entire hotel smelled like an old bar - smokey and stale. Thankfully our room did not smell however, it was very unclean. The bathtub was dirty, there were loads of stains on the shower curtain, stains on the decorative bed cover. At least the sheets were clean and we did not see any signs of bed bugs. I opened the freezer in the mini fridge to put something in it and there were 2 bottles of water in it already that had clearly been there for a while along with mold growing on the ice. When we checked out there was a different front desk person who did not have a mask on. I will never stay at another Quality Inn and really wish I could figure out a way to be refunded for this stay. We would have left and checked into a different hotel but I was worried I would not receive a refund for this place if I did that.

The room was filthy. I checked out after day 2; I couldn't stand it any longer. The worst thing is that left over food was in the refrigerator; who overlooks something important like that?

Run down , air conditioner not working properly, Cleanliness poor, service unconcerned, After several years of staying there for business for short stays , I will stay elsewhere.

Dirty hotel!!! Let the pictures do the talking. I swear they don't clean the rooms. When you first walk in it smells like cigarettes and a wet musky smell. The first room I stayed it took all but five seconds to turn around and get another room. It smelled like mold and the carpet molding around the bottom of the wall was hanging off. The second room I made it two days before I requested another room. The AC unit flooded the floor and soaked our luggage. The third room I stayed in the rest of our stay. The second and third room was dirty. Upon entering we wiped everything down do to Covid. There was food still in the fridge. Trash under the bed and in the dresser drawers. The only positive was the bed and pillows.
