Hilton Fort Collins

The gym was 45 degrees when we used it. The lobby was also cold (guessing around 60 degrees). It took 45 minutes to get our breakfast when ordered in the lobby. There was hair on the wall of the shower in our room. Might be the worst experience at a Hilton property I’ve ever had.

Pillows were flat. I've stayed in other 3 Hotels during pandemic for Busines and they were super clean based on COVID-19 guidelines, this room was not. I stayed on the 7th floor and at 12am you could hear the Hotel Lobby music in the room. I believe this is something that she be turned down at night. It experienced is the first night and ignored it, but the 2nd night I called the desk and ask that they turn it down. You should not hear the lobby music at 1 am on the 7th floor, through a closed door. Water pressure in shower was very poor. My interaction with staff on 4 occasions was pleasant and professional. I askes to check out an hour later and they were very accommodating.

Used hotels.com and did not state there was a fee for parking. Otherwise, hotel was very nice, very clean. Desk clerks wetter very nice.

Good close to CSU campus so good for parents visiting or dropping off students

Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if rooms were equip with microwaves and refrigerators.

The hotel itself in general is cool. Good location n clean. But the male staff that checked us in is kind of rude. He didn’t pay attention to me when I walked to the front desk n he answered a phone when I was in front of him but he didn’t give me any eye contact or greeting gesture when I waiting. When he gave me the breakfast coupons and I asked that it should be 3 coupons, but he kind of ignored me and said it would just be 2 (like I try to get more than I should). I was too tired at that time n got offended by his attitude so we left. But back to the room, i looked my receipt in email n stated clearly breakfast for 3. It was like 8pm, after I got my son settled in the room and found out the TV was not working. Called the front desk and the same staff answered and he kind of like “how could it doesn’t work..” & I’m like “it was not working but just show “no signal”. Then he sent an engineer and found out the cable was broken... the engineer said he would bring back a TV that works. However after waiting for more than 30 mins, no one came or called... my husband got confused and called the front desk and wondered what kind of service is that Hilton up to nowadays, how could the staff didn’t check if the TV work properly before they check guests in?! (Isn’t it basic?) and then why no one follow up after we notified them the problem... the staff then offered he could change another room to us but that’s pointless coz it’s almost 9:30pm and we were all tired.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. My only complaint is that the shower did not have a lot of water coming out of it and there wasn't a lot of water pressure. I adjusted what I could to take a shower but it took twice as long. Other than that, my stay was great.
