Quinta Real was an excellent experience! The attention to detail was incredible. They took all sanitary measure to make our stay safe. It is an incredible hotel. The view is amazing.The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt very taken care of. We will definitely return soon!

Great holiday
We had a great time at the Quinta Real. We had booked 2 gran class suites, and both of them were amazing. The view on the bay is unique, the rooms and the bathrooms are well appointed and romantic. We had breakfast every morning by the pool, and dined two evenings in the same restaurant. The restaurant has a very basic setting, but the food presentation is exquisite. All the staff was very friendly and attentive. A couple of downsides: the water in the shower ( at least in the suite number 1) was barely lukewarm. I called the reception but they weren’t able to fix it. The internet is weak ( we live in Mexico and used our data all the time ). Although in the rooms description they say that bathrobes and slippers are provided, the were not in the rooms when we arrived. I asked for them, and they tried to tell me that because of the Covid they don’t provide them. Eventually I got bathrobes and slippers in the room. A part from that, the property is stunning and very well maintained. We will surely come back

Beautiful location and amazing views. Incredible beach, good food. Staff was very nice and helpful. They are remodeling the lobby which made first impressions very strange as we did not know where to check in. It would have been nice if we were informed before.

Great Resort!
The resort is secluded but a private and luxurious feel. Given the pandemic and 30% of guests at hotel, it felt exclusive. It's great for family, romance and friends! Loved it and would return to the same hotel!

The property is very nice. The front desk was great as were the bellmen and most of the bartenders and servers. The breakfast was good but it was very slow to get the check and confusing as I had to sign three different receipts. Lunch was not good. I have never had ceviche with less fish in it in my life

This place is Beautiful, food is yummy, staff is friendly, but the pool in my Room was durty and missing tiles the filter was not working, I tell the from desk and they only clean it 😪 I pay to much money to have a Room with a pool and was not worth it, they need to clean and fix the pool in Room 6
