Hotel is nice and staff is very friendly. The only issue was the A/C unit was running so loud.

If ure used to Hotels with covid then everythings the same with everything i look for in a hotel. Just miss breakfast otherwise 5 star rating!

Location is great and they do have a shuttle to take you to the airport. Free parking and great customer service experience

Just not worth it.

Certainly during the current virus issues that we have, I understand hotels are struggling. However, this is an older hotel that is operating on a skeleton staff, and really offers very little in any service. Upon entering, you have to ring a bell to see if they'll even open the door. There is no maid service. And it just is a hotel that needs a update. The rooms are dated and when you're staying for 4 days in a row You have to ask for towels hopefully they get delivered, your key card always is disconnected. I believe that's disconnected on purpose. I don't know why, are they just trying to mess with you? I'm still staying in hotels for business purposes and it's not much better anywhere else. I don't think I would stay in this hotel again for another business event. It just not that good. And not worth it.

Never Again!

Worst experience ever! A hotel is meant to give you rest; I did not get that here. The beds are so painful I could not sleep for longer than an hour or so at a time. By the time the morning came my whole body hurt and I had the worst headache that went from the side of my neck, up my ear, to the top of my head. It felt like a vein was about to burst. I was dealing with a day by day situation so I couldn't change hotels because my schedule was fluid. I probably could have changed rooms, but after reading other reviews I didn't think that would even help. I slept all over the bed with pillows and blankets at every angel to try and find relief with little to no success. By the time I checked out 3 nights later I was exhausted and sore everywhere. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, but they put us on the 4th floor even though the place was practically empty, and the other guests smoked. And not the regular stuff. We opened the balcony window and let it air out, but it was a constant on off problem. I really never expected such an awful experience. I always expect Hotels to be an escape from regular life, or a part of a fun journey. You won't get that from the beds here!!!
