Quality inn & Suites Cincinnati I-275

Horrible, nasty, condescending, rude manager-Ray Murray. Rooms were outdated, key cards did not work 7 times, and I put a work order in on the first day and finally got it done after I complained a second time two days later.

I don’t know why this hotel has such high ratings. Probably due to COVID, there was no breakfast but this was not passed on and the breakfast door didn’t note it either. The hotel room was dirty. The down comforter was dingy and no longer white. It also had visible dirt like lipstick or something that was pink in color. The bathroom had black around the bathtub and even a patch of wallpaper was missing, almost like it had been cut out. The carpeting was filthy in the hallways and stairway. The water pressure was low. Limited cable channels though enough. The complimentary coffee was from a machine and was only barely passable when hot. It could have been the water??The better parts were good and thick towels and wash cloths, as well as a fridge and microwave. The price shown was also just for the first night and subsequent nights were much higher. It was noisy, very noisy, especially with such thin walls.

The property is dated. They do strive to keep it clean but wear is apparent everywhere. Also, beware the hotel clerk charged my credit card twice. I had paid prior to arrival thru Expedia.

Pool wasn't working, no breakfast, the room they put us in every time someone would use the restroom and flush it made a horrible loud noise that would last for at least a minute at a time if not longer. And they made me pay 105 dollars for amenities they didn't have !! Very upset !

I enjoyed my stay and especially the location.I will be staying there again.The Restaurant choices was a definite Bonus.

The room was comfortable. There was not clock. There was also not a consistent use of masks.

No where were we told there was no breakfast even on the dining room door it just gave hours it was open not that there was no breakfast. The pool had what looked like human waste on the floor

It was clean, but outdated. The shower rod was broken and shower didn’t have much pressure. There was a bed room which was nice and a separate living area but there was no t.v. in that room, only the bedroom, which sucked for our 8 yr old.

The detail to cleaning is amazing. They are very nice amd friendly and tend to your every wish the best they can. My family always book this location for those reasons.

Perhaps the best Quality Inn in the Cincinnati area -- very clean, great service, necessary amenities and services within a decent range -- at very affordable rates. Will be one of my "go to" hotels moving forward.
