Very good hotel. Room was very comfortable and big. Close to the center to take the hop on hop off bus. We should stay there again. No complains whatever.

The location was great for our needs. Close to the trams and Alexandra platz even on foot! Not a great atmosphere in the restaurant as not many dined there in the evening although the food was nice. The menu didn't change while we were there for 3 nights!

Friends trip
The room was huge (we could hardly see the TV from the bed) and with a view of the park. Good value. The bus and the tram were close by, as was Prenzlauer Berg by walking distance. But you had to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to the cafés/bars. We had breakfast at the hotel one day, and it was nice. The bakery on the corner also had nice food and coffee for a cheaper breakfast option. Staff were friendly. All in all a very good stay. 5-10 minutes closer to the Käthe Kollwitzplatz-area would have been even better, but you can't have it all.

Our hotel stay was lovely! The staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet was great too. The hotel is situated close to public transport links which was very convenient for us. The only suggestion is to potentially have USB plugs installed. Thank you for everything.

Business trip
This was my third visit so it is safe to say that I enjoy my time at this hotel. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean and the location is ideal. In addition the breakfast is amazing! I believe that improvements could be made to increase internet speeds and that the rooms would be better off with air-conditioning as I was a little uncomfortable with the heat in the rooms.
