Best Western Plus Woodland Hills Hotel & Suites

Room needs updating. Very noisy hotel. Hard to find location poor breakfast

Internet slow or not working at times. No breakfast, said truck didn’t deliver due to weather. I get that, but no compensation or alternative. Donuts, muffins, something. I had my 3 grandkids.

Stayed three days. Very good stay. Quiet atmosphere. Room was very clean. Bed comfy. Hotel overall was very clean and looked like it is kept up and in good condition. Front desk was very friendly and informative. Will stay here again.

We came in late. The lady who checked us in was super friendly. We didn’t have to wait. Hotel was clean. Absolutely no complaints. We will be back.

Horrible experience, would never recommend. Stayed in Tulsa for business trip. I am currently working virtually due to Covid, so my whole job is online. They didn’t have WiFi, and didn’t bother to let me know upon check-in. I had been checked in less than two hours when I went to log on for work. I called down at the front desk when I first realized there was an issue. They said that their internet just went out. I asked how long because I needed to be online in 30 minutes and if they weren’t going to have WiFi I needed to stay elsewhere so I could run my appointments. They said they were on the phone with the internet company and it shouldn’t be long and that they would call me back. I told them at that time if you don’t have WiFi I need to leave because I have to work. He repeated that he would find out and let me know. About 20 minutes later I get a call and they inform me that they have no idea what time it would be working again. I tell them that I need to check out and stay elsewhere. I also requested a refund since they advertised that they had WiFi. The gentleman said okay I understand and said he will do so. Then he says oh looks like you stayed with a 3rd party so you have to contact them for your money back. Long story short they only agreed to refund 50% of what I had paid! I was told because the hotel was only reimbursing hotels.com 50% they would only give me that much in a refund. Extremely upset with hotels.com! 👎

Service when we checked in was great. Friendly desk personnel and very nice. We were told there would be “to-go” breakfast starting at 6 the next morning. There was not breakfast or a desk attendant in the morning at 6:45 when we left.

Well 1st off we notice that there was dirt all over the floor In the lobby when we 1st walked in. The front desk person couldnt answer any relative questions i had about the property. I asked from a suggestion for somewhere close to get a quick bite to eat, he had no clue and just said there were place down the street. I continually had to keep going back to get my room key rescanned. The brown bag that they had available for a breakfast was clearly old and had been sitting around for some time, the apple inside was spoiled. The room was not very clean and had a musty smell to it. The tv screen was burning out, the fridge wouldn't get cold. The hottub was filthy and cold, never got in. When you would try to ring a front desk, they were not there and you had to wait some time. Overall a very horrible place to stay.
