Comfort Suites Airport

When I arrived, there was a new employee in training helping me out. She did great. When I got into my room it smelled really bad like cigarettes. So I went back to the front desk to let them know and they quickly switched me rooms. It was great costumer service.

We liked it being close to the airport but we also liked how friendly the front desk employees were.

I liked how clean the hotel was, inside & out. When we first checked in the lady who helped us out was so un profesional. She wasn’t doing her job properly, got distracted with a co worker. Didn’t even tell us where our room was or show us where the elevator might be at. I know it sounds like nothing but it was rude at the time. What I also didn’t like was the minimal parking spots. One night we had to park on the outsides of the road because their wasn’t anymore parking spots.

Was good just not great. It was a place to sleep. The room and hotel were clean. The beds were not great the pillows were small and not great. The lady at check was there to do her job but not really to make you feel welcome.(10pm at night). The lady in the morning was very friendly. The breakfast bags could definitely have more effort put into them. I get that COVID has made things hard but maybe give options. The friuit was not fresh at all. Would have been nice to just get a bagel and cream cheese. The coffee in in the room was not made for the pot thatvwas in out room. It is a good place in a pinch but we will find somewhere else for our next stay in two weeks.

The 2 King Suite was beautiful and very spacious. We loved the refrigerator, microwave, USB ports on the night stands, and blackout curtains. There was a wad of hair on the wall in my shower, and my daughter's bathroom had a used wet washcloth on the counter. In this pandemic, evidence of uncleanliness is really bad. When we checked in, I specifically asked what breakfast hours were. We were told breakfast was a sack lunch, and was from 06:00-10:00. We got it at 09:30. The next day, I went out at 09:07, and was told that breakfast was only until 09:00 that day. So, we went without food until lunch, due to our busy schedule that day. If breakfast is at different times on different days, the front desk needs to tell that to guests who are staying more than one night. The room was for myself and my 2 adult daughters, so I booked the 2 King suite, thinking it would be great for us to have 3 beds, including the pull out sofa. However, the pull out sofa bed was awful. The mattress was so thin, we could feel the springs just by touching it. It was also stained yellow over the whole bottom third, and had bloodstains along one edge. I know this, because we had to make the bed ourselves. The bed slanted down towards the couch, so my daughter had blood rushing to her head all night. Between the slant and the poky springs, she didn't get any sleep at all. It was so bad, I booked an additional room just for her for two nights, which was an expense I wasn't planning on.

Clean and nice appearing from the lobby. Service was great. Room at first appeared clean and nice. Then I found long black hairs on the bathroom floor (none of us have black hair). My kids in a separate room found old pizza in their fridge. Made me wonder what else had not been cleaned. The bed wasn't comfortable and I woke with a back ache. The TV was the smallest hotel TV I've ever seen.

The hotel was very clean. The website DID NOT list that the pool was closed. I specifically booked this hotel so we could take our granddaughter swimming. The front desk person was pretty rude & I did not appreciate the attitude she was giving me. I expressed my disappointment in the pool closing & she had an attitude.

It was a good hotel away from interstate. A little older but kept up. Front desk was very polite.

Great location, right off the hwy and near almost everything. Staff was accommodating and helpful, especially in the current traveling atmosphere. Pool was closed. Breakfast was in paper bags. Still would stay again.
