Quality and value were so good and excellent location. Receptionists were warm. I have only a complaint about the restaurant. Last day we decided to have lunch at the Hotel because we had a taxi booked at 15.00 to go to the airport We were 5 people, we ordered 4 menus because before I take a flight I can not eat very much(I get anxious) and wanted to share a menu with my daughter. The waiter said we can not share a menu and he denied a plate and fork to me to make sure I did not eat. Still, I am surprised about this situation and it is a pity in the last moments of my holidays I got very disappointed. I really think it was ridiculous.

This may very well be a great hotel in general. At the moment, they are in the middle of a renovation that seems to be disrupting every aspect of the guest experience. The staff is very kind and helpful but appear to be stretched to the limits in their attempts to accommodate the renovation. After a long trip to get to my hotel, I checked in, and immediately fell asleep. A couple hours later, I heard a knock on my door telling me that I would need to change rooms due to construction that would be occurring on my floor in a couple days. After assuring me that I could remain in my room for the next couple days before switching, I went back to sleep only to hear my door being opened with the key even though I am already inside. Somehow, they checked another person into my room a couple hours after are having this conversation and I had a strange man opening my hotel room door while I was sleeping. I called down to the front desk and ask them what was going on and they told me that they didn’t realize that I was still in the room. They apologized profusely for the misunderstanding. Several mornings I was woken up by banging hammering and drilling due to the construction. From what I see, the renovated areas are going to be quite beautiful but it is currently a difficult time to enjoy a peaceful stay. I would recommend checking with the hotel to make sure that they have completed their renovation before booking.

Really nice hotel in the heart of dining and shopping. Great Modern marble bathroom with bidet.

Very nice and pleasant hotel right in the centre of Santander, next to town hall. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was extremely clean. The size of the room was excellent.

Hotel was in a great location.Superb bus service @1.30 euros pp single for any journey to a lot of the places of interest, which reception told us about.They provided maps etc and they were very helpful.Can’t comment about food as did not eat there but plenty of excellent eating places within 5 minutes walk or so plus some on door step.Could not find fault on anything, rooms big bathroom big,very enjoyable experience would recommend and would certainly go back again.
