Best Western Wesley Inn & Suites

WE like the Hotel and Customer service but were shocked that the Hotel Mgr did not wear a Mask and did not require one for their maid service. This made us feel uneasy and not as safe as we would of liked. If staff and mgr wore a mask the rating would be good to excellent.

Nice place, friendly staff, spacious comfortable rooms but they are not following the state mandates for wearing masks, cleaning, and maintaining social distance. Staff was handling food, cleaning rooms, and greeting guests without masks or barriers and when we asked about this they said, "Yes it's state-mandated, but we each decide what to do". This is unacceptable and because the staff didn't comply neither did the customers. All over Gig Harbor businesses were taking this pandemic seriously and at this hotel the day staff seemed to think the mandates and guidelines don't apply to them (the evening staff were wearing masks-- Bravo!). I cannot recommend this hotel until they get with the program and understand the example they are setting (let alone the risks they are taking)

While the place was great and the front desk guy was great and wearing a mask, the entire housekeeping staff was not! It made me so uncomfortable- isn't that against the law. There was also a huge group in the lobby with no masks and no one telling them to put them on.

The cleanliness of the room was very good. The parking, the relative location to some nearby restaurants was good. But I had a real problem with the front desk staff-they were friendly, but absolutely none were wearing a mask, and they had signs pretty much everywhere in the facility indicating that facemasks were a must. But not for them???

Great hotel, and the staff was absolutely wonderful!!

Charged me 185.00 on a room accidently booked for date 1 day earlier then needed and woukdnt update reservation nor fix it when i coukdnt make it. Then was rude to me in person when i asked if i was getting refunded while paying 250.00 additional reservation , stating i wasnt getting Anything back. terrible customer right policy and customer service!!

I have zero complaints about my stay. Some services were not available due to COVID-19, but hotel staff did their best to accommodate guest. The property and building is maintained with excellence. The town is beautiful, and locals were very friendly. I definitely would recommend this location to others.
